We had a fantastic shopping experience at Horologio. Susan was very friendly, professional, and patient as she helped us with the huge number of wonderful options in the store. We looked at Grand Seiko, Breitling, Longines, Rolex, and more. We found two beautiful watches at great prices and walked out very happy customers.

My husband has been looking for the perfect watch for a while. Philip was very patient and helpful as we browsed the store. No pressure or sales tactics at all. After visiting many watch stores, we chose to purchase here because of Philip. Hands down the best service. And he shared some great Vegas history and stories. I would highly recommend this store.

Started off as a pleasant experience that turned sour because one of the sales reps was condescending.
I had gone in hoping to buy a Seiko Cherry Blossom.
I was working with Sandy who was very professional and sweet. Although the Cherry Blossom was unavailable she showed me a few other watches including the SBGA 509.
I was strongly considering buying a watch until I had the displeasure of interacting with another sales rep (Karan). He was very condescending in his words and tone and I basically left immediately.
To Sandy’s credit she reached out a couple of days later informing me that the Cherry Blossom was available. But there is no way I was going back in.
All in all, could have been a 5 star experience until it wasn’t.

Beautiful selection and friendly, knowledgeable staff. Karan really knows his product and is true professional! Definitely worth a stop if you are in LV and love luxury timepieces.

Wonderful experience at Horologio. Great selection and exceptional customer service. I had a specific watch I was interested in and the team very swiftly procured it for me. Process was hassle free and in-store experience was excellent. Brad took great care of me, as did Brian - incredibly hospitable. Highly recommend.

Exceptionally helpful and supportive attitude. Was on the lookout for a particular reference, did not pull the trigger on the spot and felt remorse after leaving Las Vegas. After getting in touch, Karan was very supportive in overnighting the watch to my location.

Horologio has an amazing selection with no major markups and the people work there are friendly, knowledgeable and not pushy at all.
Corbett made purchasing a high-end watch easy and pleasant from start to finish.
