If I could give a zero star I would. For over a month and a half. I’ve been requesting a proof of art work, ref pads, or even a response to my emails. I then call. And get transferred to the office manager. She says the person that has been dealing with me has been having IT issues. I stated for a month and a half? She says she yes, and can’t say much about his personal life. And I can send my order to her! Ummm no thank you! I’ll never use this company again! Nor should anyone else, if this is how they think business should be done. You should close the doors! Awful! And this is the second time they did this BTW! I have them a second chance. Shouldn’t have!!!

We needed a project done for tomorrow that I requested sort of last minute on Tuesday. This afternoon I received an email saying the project might not be done until Monday, bummer. Shortly after that, however, Richard called me back that they had someone who COULD get it done today after all. I just picked it up and it looks amazing! I really appreciate him finding a way to make it happen! They really are efficient! Thank you!

A winner! I work for a small independent insurance agency and I'm all about the details. We have used Horizon Print Solutions for 2 years and they have become our exclusive print solution for everything we do from small jobs like business cards and flyers to larger projects like postcard mailers and trade show booth materials. They have fantastic service in all areas of their company including design, print, mailing and turn-a-round time.
