The staff was wonderful! I was greeted right away, The woman who was assisting me was very helpful, the transaction went smoothly and it was nothing but laughs and giggles lol. I stopped in while on vacation and it was wonderful to actually go to the storefront for a change instead of ordering online! Although, ordering online is also pretty hassle-free ;) Thank you!

I absolutely adore this location, mainly because of the best associate there, Chris!! He is so incredibly sweet, detailed, professional, and remembers the smallest things, from what I like/dislike to personal life events. When I walk into a store like Honey B, my expectations for customer service are high. Chris exceeds those expectations immensely. He is helpful and attentive to what I’m looking for, and has a sense of fashion that I value. I do not want to go in if Chris is not there. I just feel so taken care of and welcome by him, it’s a fantastic feeling. And a feeling that fits the luxury of shopping at this store. 10/10 recommend!

I arrived fairly early 10:16 to shop (I come here all the time) It’s a Friday & it states it should be open. It’s not… I just assume the time is wrong online so I shop around & then come back at 11:08, still closed. It’s now 11:20am and there are bo signs of anyone in the store and it’s completely dark. I’m highly disappointed with this location today. This is very unprofessional, on top of the styles not being great anymore, I doubt I’ll keep coming as frequently as I normally do.

Tonight @6:25pm i came by your store extremely excited to shop some lingerie. Your doors were closed with three workers to tell me that they are closed. Me and another girl were disappointed and definitely lost on some sales. Everyone was open but them. Worst Customer service ever.

Just had the most amazing experience shopping at Honey Birdette. The store manager Jade and my SA Hayvon went out of their way. This store is a treasure.

Four words: Daisy. Is. The. BEST!!!!! She honestly is the only reason why I choose to go out of my way, drive 30 min across town, fight for busy mall parking, and shop in person at Honey Birdette! Shopping online is so easy but it’s worth it to go in person! She’s super helpful, knowledgeable, and so sweet! She makes every time I visit a full on shopping experience. This store is also usually fully stocked, has a lot of options, and I do recommend trying things on in person. The other girls and guy at the store are awesome too!
