Todd......you are stressed out and looks like your sick, you keep blowing your nose. You don't know how to deal with customers.....I think you should ask for some time off. This was a horrible experience! We walked in and he was helping somebody. I e stood there for a while. He didn't acknowledge us at all, so we wondered just a little bit away, looking at some of the rental machines (which I had no idea they had). Then another lady walked in, he immediately acknowledged her, so we walk back towards the counter. Finally when he was done with the first customer, he addressed the other lady, we told him we were here before her, he argued with us we told him he didn't even acknowledge us, she put her 2 cents in and said she's here to pick up her truck she reserved.....:welp so are we! And we stood our ground. Maybe HD needs to get a number system! Take a break Todd!

These stores are running themselves to the ground. I ask for help finding something that the app is telling me should be right on front of my face. The employee sends me to the wrong area to find it. When I come back I find it myself. Then I wait for 10 minutes for an employee to help me out because the stuff is high on the shelves and I need it brought down. Nobody came. Finally I walk to check out and my hands are full with 500 bucks worth of stuff and three employees are at the self checkout area and there are zero lanes open. I DO NOT WORK THERE HOME DEPOT!!!! YOURE PAYING THESE PEOPLE TO DO NOTHING!!!!

Karen is extremely helpful, competent, and professional. I really appreciate everything shes done for me over the past months and will continue to go to her whenever i need something done, and something done right. She always is willing to help and knows how. This will be the only home depot I visit from now on lol

DO NOT BUY HOME DEPOT GIFT CARDS!!!! The employees are either STEALING or they are SCAMMING people!!! My friend bought me a gift card for $40 for my birthday on November 4th from this location in Pecos and gave it to me the very same day. I went to use it at the Sunset Rd location. I scratched off the back and entered the PIN number at the register and it had a zero balance. The unhelpful cashier at the location on Marks said well it's not our fault, nothing we can do. Disgusting.

I go to Homedepot on a weekly basis but this by far is the rudest location I have seen in Vegas. The lumber saw at the serene Homesepot is broken so I drove to Pecos to ask for help to get a simple few cuts. I go to the lumber section to find "Mike" and ask him to please help me since my typical sight is down temporarily. He didn't even greet me and first words out of his mouth were "we don't cut outside wood here". My homedepot receipt said otherwise... I attempted to explain the situation but he wasn't paying attention or cared. He spent an entire 45 seconds with me and left me at the station without any further assistance. He clearly went to assist another customer that was not of color like me. I wouldn't recommend this location to anyone for lumber. Bottom of the barrel service.

Some of the people that work at the store really need to come back down to earth I was at the plumbing department, and have couple of questions I saw a older guy there, and I asked "excuse me sir" and immediately without looking at me, he said "I'm busy and will be right with you" I waited for another 5 more minutes, I saw he helped the other customer, after, he went and talk to his other co-worker, laughing and joking around, completely ignored me I left, and went to Lowe's Once I walked in, a Lowe's employee saw me and greeted me, I told him is so hot outside. His respond, c'mon in, stay for awhile, cool down a bit Helped me with the plumbing department, great service Will not return to Home Depot

I need to give a high five to the paint department and staff! They were so attentive and helpful while helping me locate just the right concrete paint for my project. I could read the small print in the cans so they read a the to do instructions then got me all the necessary supplies I needed. Thanks so much because I was list without the informative and knowledgeable help that was given to me. I'll always return to that location

Chris was very rude. This was my first time renting anything from Home Depot. When I arrived at Home Depot, I wasn't sure where to go or what to do. I inquired with the first man I encountered and he was very polite. When I got to the Rental department, the guy asked for my ID and insurance. Handed me the keys and I was left uneducated of what to do or where to go. So I asked, what would happen if I returned the vehicle early or late. He's response was what do I mean by my inquiry; with a condescending tone. I clarified my question, he answered. Then I asked with the keys on my hand, "where do I go and which vehicle is mine, or do I just get whatever is out there." He pointed to the door and that was it.... So I left unimpressed and disappointed with my service ...

quite possible the worst home depot in las vegas! Please be careful shopping at night because you will be subject to robbery. I admit I am an attractive female shopping alone with a large order. I was stalked through the store. Luckily THE ONLY NICE EMPLOYEE offered to assist me to my vehicle.

I love me some Home Depot but not happy my husband orders from 4 months ago still have not came in yet no phone call no communication. At all we have to keep calling driving down wtf so disappointed this is normally 5 star for me but Home Depot u suck right now

Roberto was extremely helpful going above and beyond. He observed my husband and I packing lumber and recommended and as well as ensured we were traveling safely by adding rope and a red flag. I truly appreciate it Roberto!

Ability to rent expensive items one time is a blessing in the big city. I rented a Sheetrock elevator recently from Home Depot Pecos. I thought the design was overly-complicated and the six assembly instructions were attached to the equipment and were just a little too small for this 69 yo to read without my magnifier. Regardless, the job got done and I will surely use this service again. This store one sold me a snazzy shower tub with surrounds plus attractive see-through sliding doors. It still looks good and is a pleasure to use. This is a quality HD with friendly, helpful employees. Worth the drive from Boulder City.

I was helped by one of the employees James Jason! He went above and beyond to help with a leaf blower that I had. He's knowledgeable, caring and patient. As a girl asking tool questions it's nice to have people that know their stuff. I am not certain if I would have the same recommendation without him as they seem very understaffed. I sure hope they keep quality employees like Jason through the downturn in the economy. Thanks Jason!
