“So I ended up catching a flat and my car luckily could only make it thankfully to this shop. That's where I met Jovann, one of the store managers. I told him how my tire that was just popped was still under warranty at my firestone up the street. So instead of sending me away or trying to sell me a story of needing to charge me. He did me a solid and cranked my car up and allowed the car that was trailing me to take me to get my new tire & come back for him to put it on for me.
