Andrew, I think he is fairly new, This individual went above and beyond, tirelessly searching for items throughout the store, expertly packing my car, and even taking time from their break to ensure everything was loaded. Their dedication to customer service made my visit truly remarkable.Also, Jonathan at the register had so much personality and made sure to bend over backwards in helping me checkout efficiently. It was such a great experience.”
“Great place to shop for all your home improvement needs. We had an issue with a water heater bought years ago, and Amanda helped us tremendously to sort out a warranty issue and everything else about. She's very competent and knows all the details even on what others call "complicated" issues, and she's friendly and helpful at the same time. Great experience! Really appreciate it.”

Not only was I able to find duct tape, they even had it in multiple colors, so it didn't look too wacky. Further, the friendly folks at the front desk let me borrow scissors to cut it. I actually said I'd buy a pair but they insisted!”

“Lowe's has really improved over the years as it continues it's campaign to chip away at Home Depots' base. The prices are very competitive, the online inventory complete but the in-store experience is still lacking. There are not many knowledgeable employees to assist customers and many do not even know what's in the store's inventory nor where to find it. Overall the online experience and sales rate 5 stars, the in-store experience is about a 2 - so it averages out to a 3.5 (rounded up to four) stars.”
“Home Depot has truly become my go-to spot for all things gardening, and it's no wonder why. Their plant selection is fantastic, offering a wide variety that caters to both mainstream and more unique tastes. From everyday picks like chamomile to specialty finds like citronella, there's always something exciting to discover.
Now, when it comes to tools and materials, Home Depot usually has me covered. However, I've noticed that certain essentials like "perlite," "vermiculite," and "coco fiber" can sometimes be a bit tricky to track down in-store. It seems they're not always placed alongside similar items like compost, which can make them a tad elusive.
Despite this minor challenge, Home Depot still manages to impress with their diverse range of gardening supplies. They offer plenty of alternatives that get the job done just as well. So, while finding those specific items might require a little extra searching, the overall experience at Home Depot remains positive, thanks to their dedication to offering a variety of quality products.”

“A friend and I needed to get some something to help deal with a blockage in the plumbing. I looked at several things online and went in-store to finish choosing the right tool for the job. After we did that (with the wonderful, friendly service HD is known for) we went to the desk to pay for the couple things and our rental. I noticed that the employee had a roll of electrical tape hooked on her apron. I saw that and realized I forgot to grab some. After hearing that I only needed less than a foot of tape she gave me the roll. We have great service over here on the Eastside!”

“Everyone at the customer service desk was so kind and patient with me. I had several items to return with no receipt but the young men Abe and Jaemin reassured me that there are other ways to look up my receipt. They were able to look up my card to track the purchase! Great customer service and a friendly face is hard to come across nowadays and lowes is a breath of fresh air.”
“I like coming to this Lowe’s. Tonight (July 2nd) I was helped in the paint department by Alicia. She was friendly and I was able to ask her all my dumb paint questions about painting my outdoor stucco wall. I was considering getting cheap flat exterior paint but after talking with her, I ended up getting a better quality paint that is better with moisture (I have a pool and irrigation that sprays part of the wall watering my plants. She was super nice and informative about the amount and gallons I needed. Also wanted to give kudos to the cashier. She had a register but walked out to get us from the self checkout line. I sadly didn’t get her name… she was an elderly lady with short curly hair. She was super sweet and asked my husband and I.. how our night was going. Her initiative to get us from a self checkout line (versus hiding from customers) and having a positive attitude is refreshing to see.”
“Lowe’s is the closed store I have around me ,they don’t have a lot of products that I have to buy in Home Depot,a lot of people working here still with mask like Covid I don’t understand I think they came form California,but is ok is just an orservation ,also people at the parking lot in groups drinking beer on the evenings like is legal ,Vegas has become something else”
