A hotel right near the strip across from the Aria. It’s a nice hotel and has good sized rooms. I appreciated that the fitness center was large and well equipped for a variety of workouts. The staff were friendly and were very communicative. All in all, I’d recommend this hotel.
Walkability: Not a far walk to the strip and is right in the middle.

As a HVG owner this is a great spot. Location is great. I wish they would update rooms though. But overall this is s great spot

Clogged shower drain, slow toilet, dusty furniture and foul smell. Very old property. Also will try to scam you into taking a Hilton tour offering you free stays and concerts and later after 3hrs of tour, if you don't buy anything, will deny the free offers.

The apartment hotel is just a bomb.
It is located almost on the main street. Huge living room and kitchen, great bedroom. Good mattress.
Peace and quiet if the windows look onto the parking lot.
The building nearby is being renovated, the windows onto the main street of Vegas are just hell. The noise is hellish. Don't settle there.
The price is just great, the kitchen has everything you need for cooking and eating!
An unpleasant situation with the honest taking of money from citizens:
Upon arrival, the concierge desk representative, a man, allegedly invited my husband to see the new hotel and play in the casino there.
As a result, he charged $40 from my card and asked my husband to sign for it. Well, that's just idiocy.
The husband caused a scandal and the money was returned.
I highly recommend it!

After having and issue with checking in this location has the finest front desk attendee. Jasmine was AWESOME!!!! She took great care of me and my friends. I highly recommend this location. Not only for your stay. But also to have Jasmine as your front desk person. Can't say enough about her OUTSTANDING!!!!!

This is a great place to stay, they are condos,so you have plenty of room to move around.
You also have a full kitchen,so besides making coffee and breakfast every morning, we would have dinner here most nights.
If you are looking to stay in Vegas for more than a few days, this would be the place to go.
Laundry rooms are on all or most floors (free to use).
The staff was fantastic and the whole place was super clean.
We will definitely be back !!

Average hotel in an excellent location with great customer service. You will be in walking distance to most attractions on the strip including hotels and casinos. Great option for your first time in Vegas to save some money and explore the strip.
Nearby activities: Great location for exploring the strip.
Walkability: Within walking distance to most other casinos on the strip.

Update.
Be careful, if you sign up for the concierge tour and you cancel it, the deposit won’t go back to your account…I have been waiting for more than two months and I called, I sent the email, but did not get any reply…
We stayed in 19th floor. The room is nice and clean. View is fantastic. Staff are really friendly. Check out time is a little bit early at 10:00am.

In the middle of the strip, so the location was amazing! We stayed at a studio, and it came with refrigerator, microwave, plates, and utensils.
The room isn't as updated, but we really love the location, and would stay here, again!

Unbelievable that we had just got off the plane, tired and in need of a bathroom... We get to the front desk and wait in line. Get to the front of the line and they tell us we have to go to "VIP check-in". We get to VIP and have to wait in another very long, slow line..... all just so they can try to sell me on going to a timeshare presentation!!!! Now, I've been to many timeshares and never did they do this right at the start. They usually wait and tell u to come down after you have had time to relax for a minute. The girl's whole demeanor changed as soon as I said I wasn't interested. She handed me my keys and told me my room number and that was it. Didn't tell me where anything was, if they had a fitness center or a convenience store or a pool... just sent me on my way. Asked someone at the door a question and was met with attitude. We get to the room and it's OK. View is good but no chairs to sit outside. Bed was comfortabe, no remote to the bedroom tv though so no way to turn it on. There was old food still in the fridge from the last guest... too many nice hotels on the strip for this garbage ass service. No casino, no restaurant, no bar ... just an over priced little convenience store with crap food
Food and drinks: Apparently there is none

The rooms are clean and spacious but in need of a refresh, though the drapes appear new and the appliances and fixtures are in good working order.
Housekeeping every 5 days on the vacation club side is just too long. Three days would be better - even if only to take out the trash and restock towels. These services are available upon request though.
The staff are wonderful. Greeted by Sabrina at Reception and she was friendly, helpful, and willing to go the extra mile. Had to get my key re-done and she was just as friendly and helpful. Very pleasant and effective.
Troy, the Security Officer, made sure I got my Amazon package and he was also quite friendly. Definitely a theme here and that’s awesome great culture and environment.
Wish Polo Towers had a breakfast place onsite. Maybe more than just a coffee bar with a case of donuts inside the mini-mart would be nice too. A spot for a convenient latte, maybe. The mini-mart sells eggs, butter, cream cheese, bacon and other goods which are great if you want to cook in your suite with the full kitchen though.
Convenient and budget friendly parking too. $23/day for self parking.
Rooms: Spacious and clean but in need of updating.
Food and drinks: Mini-mart with a coffee bar, serving Starbucks coffee out of several dispensers. No lattes though.

This is a valet parking only location. They don't tell you this when you're booking. There's no free parking nearby.
Rooms: The furnishings are old, worn out.
Walkability: It's a hassle to get your car out of valet each time you want to go somewhere.
Good thing it's located near the strip and within walking distance to stores and eateries.

Perfect for bigger groups. Right on The Strip and ready to enjoy everything Las Vegas has to offer. The rooftop pool is warm and family friendly. They have a hot tub and grills available to make for a relaxing day or night to get some rest from walking.
Rooms: Spacious and homey. The kitchens are fully stocked with dishes, cups, pots and utensils to prepare basic meals or snacks.
Noteworthy details: Grills on the rooftop to have a cookout with your group.
