I must first say that the one woman doing rentals was as professional as possible and did a good job. She is over worked and clearly doing the best she can. If she is rude it’s because her job is what nightmares are made of. There was over an hour wait worth of a line of people both times I went- both to pick up and drop off. I saw her tell multiple people with reservations that they didn’t have a car for them while I waited. I honestly wished that had happened to me rather than pay $240 for a total waste of a car that I returned early because they rented me an electric vehicle with half a charge. It wasn’t charged enough to even take me where I was trying to go and needed hours to charge. Trying to charge it in Vegas was completely unrealistic. It was essentially an expensive nuisance. I returned it early because I’d rather pay to take Ubers every where I go than let charging an empty electric rental car ruin my family’s vacation.

No cars available to fulfill reservation and no help from the desk agent to resolve. Agent will not speak to the rental company customer service who called her about my reservation. Many customers are waiting. I have been here for an hour so far.

Arrived to pick up my reservation but they were out of cars. Staff couldn’t care less and couldn’t even cancel my reservation.

If you are looking to actually get the car you reserved, go elsewhere. They will show on their website that cars are available and allow you to book that car, but when you show up there are no cars. The lady behind the desk was zero help and couldn't give 2 shits that we paid to get there and were now stuck. We had to pay to get back home so we not only wasted our time, but our money. Don't even bother with corporate as they couldn't care less either

Stay away from this location. Will reserve you a car and then when you show up they have none. Go elsewhere unless you want your time completely wasted. The girl at the front desk needs to be replaced as well . No help whatsoever and rude as can be. Just got up and walked into the back room. I took an uber there to pick up the car that was reserved, but not there. All she said was we have no cars and that was it. No help whatsoever and screwed by Hertz

Worst service, impossible. I booked the car and when I got there there was no vehicle. Nobody resolved anything, apart from the lack of education on the part of the employees who treated us like paupers. They were foolish enough to tell me to resolve it on 0800. I managed to cancel the payment via credit card and rented another car through Interprise. Hertz never again!

Bought a tesla and had a VIP experience with Colt. We are super happy and they were super communicative+transparent about everything. Martin the manager was super nice and didn't feel pressured by him.

Had our reservation made online a week prior. Arrived at the appointment time and no car was available. They had no idea how long we would need to wait. They said if we cancel online then they will charge us even though it's their fault that they over booked. She gave us a phone number to call and wait on hold and talk to an actual person so they can drop the cancelation fee. It's been an hour and we are still on hold. I guess this is Hertz.

Roberto was exceptional he drove me to the bank to get my cashier’s check, and drove me to an appointment I needed to be at when they were so busy getting paperwork done for all of their customers. Highly recommend them will always get my card from them.

THIS PLACE IS A SCAM!!! They will tell you they do not have the car you reserved simply to up charge you $10-$20 per day! This place is a SCAM!!!!! Runnnnnnnnnnnnnnn do not book here do not reserve here they just want money and lie.
