Terrible service.
Gave me a bum car. My tire popped on the first day and they made me pay $100 to replace. They said they’d send service to fix it in 30 minutes but it took 3 hours.
Not to mention very rude and unresponsive.

I just went to this location wanting to pick up a SUV that I have made a reservation for and paid for, but unfortunately the front desk gentleman informed me that there’s no car for me to pick up even though I have paid for it. Eventually my only option is to pay more to get a bigger car and I ended up having to pay more than double of what my original payment was. They didn’t even lower the rate to accommodate their mistakes. This is absolutely unacceptable. If you don’t have the car available, you shouldn’t let customers make the reservation. There’s definitely a fleet management issue here. This is a really bad experience for me. Definitely will not rent from this location ever again.

Apparently at this location if you make a same day reservation you will be booted to last of the day even though all of our credit cards slide the same. Cody showed his “learned behavior” today by letting myseld and another man of minority decent that our reservations mean nothing and if you are not red hair with red skin you not getting in. Period. Good folks stay far and away.

I reserved a car weeks in advance, only to show up to be told they don’t have the car for me, and that they will need charge me more for a different car that is available. Because I won’t pay more for a car that I didn’t reserve, they are now sending me to a further location - no rides or Uber reimbursement offered or anything. I haven’t used hertz in a while and likely won’t be using them again.

This place gets a lot of bad reviews, but they deal with hundreds of people weekly so if you're conducting regular business you're not very likely to leave a positive review, only the few who unfortunately run into problems and not getting a rental car is pretty stressful. My advice is ALWAYS set your reservation for their time of opening to ensure you get a vehicle. Bodi the gentleman who helped me was awesome, even helping me despite all my shortcomings with my payment methods. Thank you for making it super easy and being understanding!

After booking on the app we took uber too summerlin(not knowing how far it was) . Walked up to the counter at 5:00 on the dot to have a red headed kid tell us he was closed . Then he said did you online ? We said yes , he said we don’t have any cars anyway . He finished helping the gentlemen in front of us and then he killed the lights and left with us standing there with our bags . Then I spent another 60 bucks to go across town again to the airport where I was able to get a car . This was Thursday April 25 and hertz still has a hold on my card . I’ve never been treated so poorly in my life

They canceled the reservation the day of and one hour before. When I told the rep on the phone I wasn’t happy about that and it was unacceptable she interrupted me and berated me. When I asked her to stop interrupting me she hung up and refused to help me. This location is unhelpful, hostile and that employee should be fired. Be wary of using Hertz at this location!!! Looks like by other reviews this is a common occurrence. Really needed the car today and I’m left scrambling. Zero stars!

The gentleman behind the counter with the tied back braided long hair is friendly, courteous, and handles his work very well. He speaks to everyone with respect which is very pleasant given the circumstances...The circumstance is that he is running a solo mission and that Hertz doesn't have enough staff so you'll likely end up waiting if there is more than 1 person ahead of you. My first time there last Monday I waited 45 minutes and then today I waited for 2 hours and 3 minutes.Hertz also doesn't have enough cars to accommodate reservations. I elected the manager special for low cost and had to pay an extra $10 per day because they only had SUV's and none of the smaller vehicles available which I thought was typical of the managers special. I have a small parking stall and dislike driving large vehicles. Basically, I was charged more for an inconvenience.I appreciate the gentleman and his professionalism, but Hertz needs to really get their act together. Their solo employee should have help with the workload.

Always a very long wait. 15-45 minutes waiting on the one person staffing the desk to show up. Didn’t even have cars today for a reservation made over a week ago! No courtesy call to save myself taking a ride share only to be told after waiting at the desk. Then had to make last minute arrangements to book a new reservation and go pick up at the airport. Save yourself the hassle and avoid this location. Doesn’t matter if you have Gold, President Circle, etc. Always a cluster.

This location/company needs to be sued. No cars, people leaving the counter for hours. And then charging “no shows” as if we were the people that weren’t there.Do not come here or prepare your closest attorney. It’s an embarrassment here

This man Kenyon went above and beyond for an entire lobby of upset customers because of Priceline’s errors. Thank you Sir for helping all of us who traveled to Vegas. You didn’t leave us stranded.
