If you make an appointment make sure to get there on time They don't have a grace period and they will give out your reserved car

This location was great and I would definitely rent a car here again. Nia at the front desk was exceptional and helped me out in any way she could. The car was clean and I had no problems with it.

Clyde (branch manager) is only interested in finding ways to tell his customers “no” and has trained his incompetent and unprofessional staff accordingly. I’m a long time Hertz customer but I won’t use them again based solely on my experience with these people. Shameful.
