Oh man, the woman who works there is not nice at all. I get it she's overworked, two flat tires, they let us drive away with them. We even attempted to go to discount tire to fix their tire for them and she insinuated that we flattened the tires in between the 3 minutes we got into the car. Thomas on the other hand is nice however they're both extremely overworked. I would highly discourage them taking apart from here unless you would like to spend the minimum of an hour waiting.
My wife and I both apologized over and over trying to brighten her day however not one apology for sending us away on a tire or the piece of metal in it. I understand these things happen but she explicitly stated the tire pressures were checked. We have two Teslas so we understand how to check tire pressure and when the light comes on and says pull over immediately because your tire pressure is too low, I can reassure you no one checked the tire pressure.
I think a simple apology and sorry to make you wait an hour two times drive down to Hertz three different times that cost you 35 minutes each time to drive you would have thought maybe an apology would have came, unfortunately it never did

If I could leave negative stars I would. The moment we walked in the door the sales person had an immediate attitude. She claimed to have called us and left a voicemail saying the car wasn't ready. We asked her to verify the phone number and another customer walks in. She assists that customer and leaves us just standing there like a pair of idiots. She continued to be as rude as possible to us and nice to the other customers. We have never met this woman before and to have her be this rude is ridiculous. This is the absolute worst place. I will be contacting the corporate headquarters to report her.

This place is the worst, I arrived with my family, we had a reservation for a car and the lady who served us from the moment we entered received us with a bad attitude, and she didn't even take the time to look in the system for our reservation and told us she had no cars for today, and she spoke Spanish and she didn't want to speak to us in Spanish, until she heard me say that I was going to give her a bad review, and that's when she spoke to us in Spanish, the truth is that the service is very bad in this place, I really don't recommend it to anyone. They should change the people who work there, they don't have a good attitude to serve their customers well.

This place will rob you and up-charge you without letting you know. I placed a rental on hopper and paid through the app. I went to pickup and they asked me if I wanted insurance, I said yes. The total came up to $500 and they informed me it was the cost from everything because they never received a payment from hopper. The agent lied to me and I ended up paying $900 for a car rental, that was originally only $400. The $500 was only for insurance and useless add ons that were never explained to us. I went to another Hertz location and the agent explained that they should have broken it down to us but they never did. My agent was a lady with blonde hair who sits at the very end. DO NOT COME HERE.

This place is terrible. Reserved a vehicle ahead of time for my vacation. Get to the location and was told they dont have any cars available. What was the point of the reservation if they couldnt hold it. Made it very difficult to get a rental elsewhere in a short time frame. It really set the flow for a bad vacation. Good job hertz thanks for nothing

DO NOT RENT HERE WILL WASTE YOUR TIME. MANGER THOMAS HALL IS DISRESPECTFUL AND WILL LAUGH IN YOUR FACE AND TELL U ITS UR FAULT THEY DONT HAVE CARS U SHOULD HAVE ASKED!!!
I sat in the lobby for over an hour while they rented out cars 1 lady they rented to came back in because they added an extra $68 in gas on her bill without telling her, another lady walked in returned her car they tried to put her in another one and she refused. Stating to them over and over again how unprofessional and that CAR WAS DANGEROUS TO DRIVE I SHOULD HAVE RAN.
After another 40 minutes goes by they tell me they no longer have vehicles I would have to pay extra to get into another vehicle because THEY ran out of cars or I would have to wait 3-4 hours for them to put me in another car.
When I asked for the manager for his managers # he went and got me a card with his name and his number on it.
When I asked for corporates number he refused but gave me a paper for rental car assistance he laughed in my face multiple times and told me it was my fault I should have asked if they had any cars available AFTER BEING THERE FOR OVER AN HOUR.
RUN AND GO TO A DIFFERENT COMPANY!!

Horrible place. Liars with false advertising. Don’t keep their word. Should be shut down. If corporate didn’t waive the fees and make it right, I would have filed a law suit. Don’t come here.

Corporate need to fire everyone employed at this location in the car rental department bad customer service did not greet me walking in like the other locations would…this my second time making a reservation at this location just to be turned around I got on the bus far from my house for the lady that didn’t even ask for my reservation number to tell me they don’t have any vehicles she didn’t even know what size car I was trying to rent she just told me I have to call customer support….this will be my last time coming to this location I’m sorry but they are very rude and unprofessional at this location…0 STARS!!!!!!!!!

The staff is great. Though they were sold out of cars for the general public, they honored my insurance company's reservation in my name and set me up with the very last car they had. And it is electric like mine, in collision repair. Definitely went way further to help me out than Enterprise [who I'll never go back to] down the street did.

Be careful when booking. They are listing cars to book online at all of their locations but when you call they’ll tell you they don’t have any cars available at any locations in l Las Vegas. Then they’ll say “it doesn’t update online” just a waste of time

Reserved a vehicle paid Uber to get there for them to tell me they have no cars available. Apparently they do this very often. Very frustrating especially considering I called over 4 times to speak with someone before I got there no answer.
