Spent over $400 tried returning 1 perfume at least an exchange (the recipe says no refund but does except exchange) they refused. Once they get your money they start being rude. Over priced they say you get a discount but not true.

I don’t understand how their hiring process is, but some of the staff is missing a little more than half of their brain. I was surprised to know that Lusia (supper messy and nappy hair, over 200lbs, and looks like she just got out of bed) was the shift manager since she lacked professionalism. Also I would recommend getting scammed somewhere else:)

Customer service was amazing. Yet, I do believe that they should have more fragrance selections. Yet, very clean and friendly atmosphere!

I should've known better, I was passing by and curiosity got the best of me and I decided to treat myself. I bought $122 worth (2 perfumes) that she made seem like she was giving me a discount (50% off)...I get home and low and behold the store's retail price for one of the bottles is a little more than its actual cost and the second one she said it was worth over $100 and would sell it to me for half off when in reality it's really worth a quarter of the "original" price. So I wasn't getting a deal, I was getting ripped off.

Great deals and the staff is professional and polite. I got a great deal for 4 colognes at the kiosk, the guy over there is really nice and he makes sure you're satisfied with you're purchase

Only shopped here once and im not complaining...more like suggesting that if you are gonna charge upwards of $100 for bottles of purfume/cologne...at least have a tester available for the scents because idk nobody who is gonna pay that kind of money for a scent they can't sample...Macy's is right across the hall and they keep the testers on deck...THATS WHERE EVERYONE IS...BECAUSE THEY CAN SMELL WHAT THEY MIGHT WANT BEFORE THEY PURCHASE IT...AND THIS TO ME...IS EVEN MORE IMPORTANT WHEN EVERYTHING IS FINAL SALE...SO IF I BUY SOMETHING I CAN NOT SMELL AND GET HOME AND DONT LIKE IT...IM STUCK WITH A $100 BOTTLE OF FUNK...LOLI WILL BE PASSING BY THIS PLACE UNLESS ITS A SCENT I ALREADY KNOW

I would stay far away from this business . If I could give the business a 0 I certainly would. I purchased a $120.00 product from the small business and was not satisfied with the product. I attempted to make an exchange of the product from their store clerk named Martha who sold the product. I told Martha I will pay the difference on the cologne that I want because I don't want the product. She then makes up a store policy to force me to take a product I told her I don't want. I told her that's not what your receipt Explicitly says " Only Exchanges with the receipt and the Box" and the product was purchased less than 24 hours ago. I asked "Martha" to speak with the manager her response was "we don't know when they come in" after calling the "apparent manager" right in front of me. She then called mall security as a way to bluntly ignore me. "BUYER BEWARE THE COMPANY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY NOT HONOR WHAT THEY SAY. I WOULD EVEN QUESTION THE AUTHENTICITY OF WHAT THEY SELL AS THEIR STORE CLERKS DON'T KNOW ABOUT THE PRODUCTS THEY SELL".

Well I bought a bottle of Si perfume a few days before Christmas I did not receive a receipt I did not think of asking for a gift receipt because I specifically told the girl exactly what I wanted and she gave me a bottle in a box identical to the one I research and it has the wrong stuff in it I just waited an hour for the mall to open and the owner came in as well as the cashier who I will add was very kind there and I tried to exchange it after Christmas you would think they would honor their sale I wouldn't be here today very poor customer service I guess it doesn't matter to them how convenient for them to just turn me away for a $130 bottle of perfume yay for them I highly recommend that you do not buy anything from the store and if you do make sure that the item is returnable or these people there will gladly turn you away with a smile on their face and you will be stuck with the product one lesson learn check inside the Box before leaving the store they made put in anything in that box it's their word against yours how convenient merry Christmas heaven scent

If I could give this place -1 I would. They sold me two perfume worth $12 and $14 for $100. When I try to return it with out even leaving the mall they said all sale are final. Even though they have a sign that says exchange only up to 14 days.They are ripping people off, meadows mall should take action to this kinda of establishment. This will be my last time going to the meadow mall. The cashier name is Jessica, very rude and unprofessional customer service.
