Really helpful as I traded in a used bowling ball and a bag for a spare ball and drilled. They put a really good value when you want to trade in your used bowling ball.

These guys really know their stuff. This has to be one of the best pro shops in Nevada. These guys helped me with a ball and shoes for myself and my wife. The prices were very very reasonable and they compete with the internet. They even had prices on many items that cost less in store than the internet. Check this place out. They get busy but the wait is well worth it. These people are passionate about what they do.

I hadn't bowled in over 25 years until I came to vacation in Las Vegas and stayed at a casino where they happen to have a bowling alley. My wife had brought her ball when I mentioned there was bowling in the hotel. So we ended up catching some games. I had such a good time playing again that I decided to buy myself shoes and my own ball. In the years I bowled often, I always used house balls and rented leather shoes back in the 80's and 90's. I never owned my own equipment as money was tight back in those days for me. Anthony at Haynes Bowling Supply set me up with everything. These guys know what they are doing and are passionate about the sport and their work. My brother in law referred me here and I'm glad he did. This is going to probably be one of the best pro shops in Vegas, and their prices are great! They compete with the internet, and some of their prices were matched and even less on many items. These guys gave me a great deal on the equipment I purchased and set me up. Check these guys out when your in the Las Vegas area and you won't be disappointed. This will definitely be my new bowling supply shop when I'm in town.

I was ready to give up bowling, so I headed out to Haynes Bowling Supply after some research seeing that they repurchase old bowling balls. They were pretty busy as I waited patiently for my turn. When it was my turn a gentlemen by the name of Gary helped me. He was very polite and asked me what I needed. I told him that I wanted to get rid of my current bowling balls because I was having issues with my wrist pain every time I bowled that would last for days. He kindly asked me if he could see my form. I was more than happy to show him if it could be a simple fix. After he saw my form he immediately pointed out a couple of things, specifically my release. I couldn't believe it, Gary explained that the way I was releasing it was causing all the pain issues. He corrected my form and just like that, no more pain. I was pretty shocked. I don't know how many videos and forums I looked through to try to figure out this problem. I couldn't believe he just gave away the information just like that, so I went ahead and purchased some cleaning supplies and a two bowling ball bag from them. I am grateful for the service and especially you Gary. You kept me in the game. I bowled a turkey the same week using Gary's advice(with no more pain!), pretty awesome.

I just started picking up Bowling as a hobby with my wife, and we were looking for a stand alone shop to purchase all of our gear. I have to say, Gary and Anthony are super friendly and helpful. They're super informative and I can tell they both have many years of experience in this sport. I bought 2 balls. One for me and one for my wife. Anthony was amazing at helping us figure what kind of ball we needed and what other accessories we would need to start off. I was so happy with my gear I had to come back and have Anthony help me once again to get into a stronger reactive ball. Overall Gary and especially Anthony are amazing. Would definitely recommend this shop

I have never bowled before but my partner and I wanted to go into it together and make it a new hobby. Haynes is such a good bowling shop to the point they educate you on every aspects of bowling and how it works with formation/how we throw. I used to bowl with the house ball and throw a 6lbs but after getting my ball thrilled to the measurements of my fingers. I did start with a t-zone 10lbs but since working with Anthony, I now throw a 11lbs twist. Anthony was someone who helped my partner and I get into bowling. He was very kind and informative. Anthony has the experiences of bowling and he knew what he was talking about when it comes to bowling as a beginner, doing what's most comfortable for us. He was patience and listened to what we wanted. He made bowling more fun for my partner and I since we had the knowledge of how to bowl from him. I would get frustrated when I didn't do well but after Anthony's advice on what to do and what not to do when bowling, it helped the both of tremendously. I recommend this place to every bowler and ask for Anthony!

Dirty shoes to try on , know your size and please order new . Not very friendly place, the sales person said I could use any tennis shoes to go billing with, very unprofessional . We went to the billing store in the Orleans Casino great costumer service plus military and law enforcement discount ??

I never write reviews for places, but this place deserves a 5 star rating. I went in to get a new bowling ball, and the service was absolutely amazing. They are the best bowling store in all of Vegas. I wish I got the name of the person helping me, but he was a young Asian man. He was fantastic. I told him about the ball I currently was using and how it was not hooking enough for the way I was bowling, and he recommended me the Storm Nova. He drilled it so it would react earlier in the lane, too. After getting it, I went out and bowled 5 games. My average went up from 140 to 170, with my high game being 200, and this was just the first 5 practice games with it. So, not only are they helpful with new bowlers, but they are extremely knowledgeable and can help advanced bowlers too, not only with recommending and drilling new balls, but plugging and re-drilling old balls, too. This is by far the best bowling supply store. Amazing and helpful staff. 10/10.
