“Bought Milwaukee M12 3/8"drill (tool only) Used for way less than anyone else has had listed. The owner even put a battery in to show that it worked. Large selection of tools. Very clean store. Knowledgeable staff and the cutest guard dog in all of Las Vegas.”

“I went in during their big parking lot sale and was shopping around looking for something in particular. I saw that it was empty in both spots so I decided to ask an associate and she was very helpful. She checked the system and then went to find one for me in the back. If you look at their ads or look online, they have good deals on quite a few things. It feels more like a mom-and-pop type hardware store, even though I know it's not.”

“This is a great store run by great people.I recently purchased a new lathe and sharpening system that had just gone on sale. When I was waiting for a salesperson the owner asked if I needed help and I told her I wanted to purchase the lathe and sharpener that had just gone on sale. She misunderstood and thought I had already purchased it and offered to refund me the difference between the new sales price and the regular price. That is what I call excellent customer service. She wanted to make sure I was a happy and satisfied customer to the point of refunding me some money!Also, the salesperson guided me through the entire purchase (a Powermatic midi lathe and Robert Sorby ProEdge sharpening system). He demoed the lathe and the sharpener, gave me some excellent tips, and made sure I had everything I needed. BTW, the lathe is absolutely everything he said it would be and more.And this is not a fluke. Every time I go in this store I get the same kind of service. Service and support you cannot get on Amazon. Support our community and shop LOCAL!”
“Staff is super knowledgeable about what they have in stock. I live in Reno, but my parents purchased handles from them in 2021ish and recommended them to me. I purchased a new home at the beginning of the year (2023) so when I went down to Vegas to visit my family, I made my way into the store to find handles. I was overwhelmed by the stock, but was super impressed with the variety. I was able to place an order and have it delivered to my house. I placed an order on a Monday or Tuesday of June 2023, and it was delivered within two days. Super impressed and would definitely recommend.”

“I've been wanting to check this place out for a while now. I recently needed to get a copy of my house key so I gave them a call to see if they made them and ended up getting 2 done for a total of $8.65 , very reasonable. This is a REAL HARDWARE STORE. I was pleasantly surprised at all they had and the cleanliness of the store. The employees were nice and helpful. This is the kind of place I remember going to with my Dad back in the Carolinas when I was growing up.
They have lots of bbq supplies , sauces , rubs , and of course bbqs like Traeger and Big Green Egg. They occasionally have cookouts for special occasions like 4th of July and such and of course I've missed everyone. They have a small Traeger that I may end up going back to buy. Also lots of tools and gardening equipment to include shovels and tree trimmers. Lots of bird feeders , it's just nice to see the selection they have here. I would definitely recommend you checking this place out.”

Here, the "norm" is a combination of Grade A+ customer service, materials inventory, and value that just keeps going year after year.The secret sauce at CAI is the knowledge, experience, and extraordinary kindness of the staff. (Most recently for me -- David, Bob, and Jose-- really good dudes!) You can't put a pricetag on the gamechanging support you get with every single interaction at CAI. I've worked in acquisition, budgets, etc. and pay attention to such things. You can save yourself a lot of searching and just go with this company from the start. Not only will they not let you down. They'll go above and beyond to make sure you succeed. We need more businesses like this, so let's take our business to them.”

He was very helpful and had a great deal of patience answering all of our questions about setting up our compressor. “Hey what can you say it's harbor freight cheap tools they generally get the job done.
If you're looking for high-quality tools it's pretty much not the place to shop but if you need something that's inexpensive for a one-time use or something that you don't need to use on a regular basis I would say harbor freight is the place to buy”
“I love this place because they always have better prices than Lowe’s and they have excellent deals for members. The membership is $30 bucks a year and it allows special pricing on many items. Today I renewed my membership and got such a big discount off the tools I bought that the membership paid for itself the first usage. Staff is also friendly and helpful.”
“Bought a drill that was on sale for Christmas. I paid for it online and when I went to pick it up it was super fast and easy. It was ready for me and I was helped as soon as I walked in the door. Unfortunately I bought the wrong drill and after giving it away on Christmas realized it needed to be returned. They refunded my money with no problems even though it was past the 30-day window. Very helpful and would definitely shop here again.”

They were very patient and kind and knowledgeable. They said it would be ready in 15 minutes. I came back 20 minutes later, pulled up, and they were walking out the door with my order to my car, never even went back into the building.
