WARNING. Thieves are preying on the guests of this hotel due to its secluded location.Keep your wits about you.Do not leave anything of value in your car and do not leave it unlocked. Learn from my mistake. My wife and I happened to catch a couple in a white Honda Accord with extremely dark tinted windows with one of our bags in their backseat in the early morning hours around 530am as we were going back and forth loading up to leave. It got confrontational but they eventually gave up the bag like little b*****s and left quickly. Total tweakers. We were lucky to catch them in the act, but feel terrible because it appeared they had a few other small bags in the car as well that we didn't think to retrieve. The day prior to this, around prime check in time, I noticed another suspicious vehicle, some sort of tan suv, follow us into the parking lot. They parked at the end of the parking lot (the same end where the previously mentioned accord was parked) which is far from the entrance. I was on a phone call but noticed they never exited their vehicle. I made and held eye contact with the driver of this vehicle who happened to be staring at us when i looked over. 20 seconds later as I'm exiting my car they slowly creep away and I notice they park in a different spot clear to the other end of the lot. When I stared the vehicle and owner down again they left the property entirely.

A place to sleep…this hotel is very dated and you can definitely smell the age of this hotel. It was obviously built back when it was acceptable to smoke in your rooms. I can say one good thing and that’s the bathroom has been recently updated and looks nice. This hotel shares a parking lot with a health club and vacant lot we got the view of the lot. The bed was ok to sleep on but the bed spread was definitely a curtain at one time in its life and has the texture of a used paper towel very rough to the touch. I probably wouldn’t recommend it unless there was nothing else to choose from.Rooms: Needs updating and some maintenance

I chose this hotel for the close proximity to my family's house over the Thanksgiving weekend. Check in went well, rate matched what my booking site stated. Once we got up to the room, I noticed that the counter was dirty, the remote had some sticky stuff on it, as well as the tv. Overall, room was clean, bathroom was clean. Breakfast was good, and they offered a variety of foods, such as yogurt, fruit, waffles, etc. coffee bar was great. The reason I gave this a 1 star, was because on our second day, housekeeping went in our room, replaced the coffee, and bath mat- however they just pulled the comforter over the bed, but didn't actually make it. Nothing had been wiped down. My perfume was missing and our stuff had been looked through. Granted, we should not leave anything of "value" out, however it's the principle and expectation of certain privacy when one pays so much for a hotel room. When I went to check out, our rate was significantly higher than when we checked in. I tried to dispute it with the front desk but since it was booked through a third party, she said I had to go through them and there was nothing she could do. If you book here, do not leave anything of certain value out. Will not return.

Great location! Nice rooms, great breakfast and it’s free! Front desk Assistant GM was AWESOME! He was accommodating and very attentive, I am grateful. The Night Shift was awesome as well! If you want snacks bring cash or charge to your room deposit. The GM wasn’t as pleasant or accommodating, she was kinda of snobby and missed out on a rebooking because of it. Overall stay was good.

Staff was lovely. Room cleanliness could be better. ( Bath tub had mold around edges. Found a stray pill on the rug?) Breakfast was the usual Hampton inn fare.

The place and location are alright but the employees here, some of them are for the streets. No sense of hospitality or general respect. Do t book here unless you want your guests or you to be disrespected.

2 stars due to weird store policy. Apparently you have to pay $20 to charge to your card instead of the room. Having to buy $18 of miscellaneous snacks/drinks to get a $2 bottle of water is ridiculous. 1 extra star for the good laugh.

Came to stay here again, since we don't the the smoke smell in the casinos. This time the staff was more than accommodating, especially the guy behind the counter, didn't get his name , white beard, really cool. The room was clean as well as the bathroom. We will definitely come back here for another three day stay. Lots of free parking, no resort fees and free breakfast.

Great customer service, rooms were good. Only complaint I have is that their Internet is horribly slow (like a shared 10mb). I had to hotspot from my phone the whole time I was there.

The staff we all welcoming and helpful. The room was good, but a few minor issues (AC was a noisy, you could hear people upstairs walking around) but not a deal breaker. Nice continental breakfast. Also easy access off and on the 215.

I’ve stayed at this hotel twice now when I came to Vegas for treatments at a local fertility facility and LOVE it! The staff is super friendly and amazing — from front desk employees to those who are walking around cleaning or making sure breakfast is out — just overall amazing and loving people who take their jobs seriously and the comfort of their guests seriously. They always smile and greet you and it just makes you feel really welcome.Rooms are always clean and cool and my goodness! — their beds are soooo comfortable! As a young mom of two who doesn’t get quiet peaceful rest often lol ? I get to their hotel and I’m so relaxed and comfortable all I want to do is sleep. Also, may sound like a weird thing to praise, but they have a decent cable selection — the last hotel I stayed at had a horrible selection and when you have a hotel that doesn’t have streaming tvs yet you NEED one with a good cable selection lol good shows and movies on regularly whenever we were back in our room.Continental breakfast is complimentary and super yummy! ? our favorite was the waffle maker bar. It’s a place for moms to go to relax alone, couples to get away, business associates to find respite, and families to feel safe and comfortable with their kids. Just an overall great place to stay.Rooms: Comfortable and clean.Safety: Felt very safe here. It’s kind of tucked off in a corner lot by itself and good visibility so even at night coming back late we felt safe. They also had side doors that made it easier to get into our room without going all the way around to the front door because this was closer to our room and it could only be accessed with a key card at all times of the day.Walkability: Right across the street from a huge shopping center that includes a target, various spas and salons, restaurants, health/medical/dental facilities etc. we drove because of the heat but you could easily walk no problem and get to any of the places in 8-10 minutes on foot.Food & drinks: Complimentary breakfast was always fresh and again staff made sure everything was always stocked up and that guests were happy with their food the two times I went. Ice machines were always workingNoteworthy details: Staff - I’m really big into exceptional customer service and the staff delivered that in all ways at all times.

Plastic pillow and mattress covers?!I had a dreadful night's sleep! Seriously, I felt like I was in a sweat bath, or geriatric ward. This may benefit Hampton Inn but I'll have none of it. If this is a Las Vegas thing, well, there is a certain twisted logic to it. If it's nationwide, it's adios, Hampton.BTW, everything else was awesome. But a hotel IS about sleeping. Or not sleeping.Noteworthy details: The staff is wonderful!

My husband and I just spent a week at this hotel. We were looking for a different hotel to stay at on our trips there to visit our family as the place we stayed for years had gone significantly downhill. My daughter-in-law recommended the Hampton Red Rock/Summerlin. It was a great experience. Each and every staff member is knowledgeable, courteous and friendly. The room was clean, other guests were all courteous--it was quiet with no obnoxious noise from other guests. The location is easily accessible to all of Las Vegas. There is even a guest laundry room, which was a cherry on top for us!We've found our new home away from home and can't wait to return later this year. See you again soon!
