Customer service was horrible and they follow you around the store as if you are going to steal I know there are thieves but not everyone steals they lost out on a $300 hair purchase with me not to mention every employee in there were on their phone literally texting or talking on the phone during working hours and the two young ladies that work cashier were horrible! I ended up leaving my stuff at the register and walking out I refuse to give my money to rude disrespectful people I will not be back!!!

The employees are rude and do not like to assist. The black female worker with the very low cut hair was upset at 9:30am for no apparent reason. There was two customers in the store. Myself and another customer so there wasn't a bunch of people to assist. I don't see how she is employed with such a bad attitude. I don't know if this is her everyday norm but she definitely was overly rude today. I wanted to purchase two wigs and she refused to allow me to take the wig out of the package to inspect it before making a purchase. Her excuse was that she didn't want to fix it if I didn't purchase it. I've bought several wigs here in the past but I'll never spend another penny here to help pay her wages.

I waited to post this review because I really liked the store for so many years, the lay out the products etc. So I decided to wait in case I wanted to go back, but I just can't bring myself to step foot in this store anymore, even if I have to pay a little more up the road. Also I have to clear up the 5 star review comments speculations that they are being rude because of theft and so on, this is 100% false, if that was the case then why are the negative reviews from so many of their customers? and as for my own personal experience the man behind the counter was extremely rude to me just because I covered the pin pad when I put in my pin, He yelled at me and said "Oh please whatever you ain't the only one that has money"! WTH and this is after I was purchasing hair from behind the counter with one of the only decent acting employees, he just comes over and grabs the hair rolls his eyes at the large purchase I was making and just proceeded to make me feel like I was doing something wrong for coming to spend money at their store. They need to check their employees or they will definitely loose their business faster then they expect.

The rudest staff last week after being faithful for more than 3 years!I went with my receipt for assistance with a return of an unopened trimmer purchased by my daughter 2 days earlier. The receipt said all sales final, but it was not posted anywhere in the store.Before I could begin the conversation the clerk was aggressive, raising her voice and refusing to allow me to speak or voice my concerns.I will not be back

The store was very clean and well lit. There is a wide variety of hair, hair products as well as accessories such as beautiful scarves. The staff was friendly and efficient.

They have one of the best selections in town for wigs. They are a little on edge because of a lot of theft and I get that. So don’t go in there playin around. I love this store, glad I found them.

Maria is the lady, I love talking on her she is so helpful. She makes sure that you walk out with what you need for your hair. Thanks to her my hair is back south and it is in a good state of conditioning.

The amount of ignorance in one place should be illegal. When I walkedIn and 2 of the 3 female workers were wearing skull Caps To keep from combing Their hair I shouldOf known this was going to be ghetto.They were rude and she so calledSupervisor should be on the cover of STAY IN SCHOOL. To talk loud ans be disrespectful to customers seems normal here STAY AWAY is you have more than a 4th grade educator.as an adult.
