Don't ever ever stopped by in here when Sofia (she said she is a manager) but doesn't looked liked it. She is a god damn had bad attitude. No wonders there is no people walking in in this boutique.Sofia you need to have a costumer service skills.

Stopped in last week & was disappointed when I noticed how closely the sales associates were watching me/following me the second I walked in the store. As soon as I took something off a rack to look at it an employee immediately came up to me asking to hold onto it until I was ready to pay. I explained to her that I was just looking & I'd need to try things on before paying for anything. 20 minutes later, I left the fitting room & asked the same associate to hold a pair of pants for me at the register while I looked at tops. Immediately after I left the fitting room another worker walked in to make sure nothing was missing & I overheard her making a fuss over the pair of pants that were being held at the register because she thought they were missing. They steamed the pants for me which was nice but the constant staring & paranoia from the staff made me uncomfortable. I expect a better shopping experience somewhere like guess.

Nice selection. Very nice & helpful staff. Store was VERY clean, items were set up like pictures you'd see in a magazine. While I was there they had a DJ playing, I think we were all jamming to the best jams I've ever heard. Whoever she was did a great job too!

Was at another location and they didn't have a shirt in my size but this location did. They called to have them hold it for me. The store stated they were open til 7pm. Arrived at 6pm and they were closed!!! Extremely unprofessional.

Welcome to the future In guess CS DEPARTMENT you can enjoy talking with human robots that their only function is to read from a screen. From total 3 conversation you understand it really clear, it is mostly really sad. I was customer for a few years but I will never again put my legs nor my money in this business again.
