Closing manager questioned my return and I had receipt and tags still on the jeans. Eduardo, changed my life! One of the best sales person I've ever had the pleasure to work with. I walked into guess that day not knowing my body type was or what I wanted. I felt completely lost... Then I met Eduardo and helped me in a way where not only did he fond the perfect clothes for me, he brought back my self confidence. The time and effort he spent with me, made me feel valued,Appreciated and I was thrilled to spend my money there with his help! It was one of those shopping experience that change you. I will always remember that shopping moment in tiime! I will be going back shortly for more Eduardo. He definitely needs a free lunch with a raise in my opinion! Eduardo is just that fantastic!!! Counting the days still i can get back in there!

Staff were nothing short of fantastic, hung here for a while and browsed. After having visited dozens of locations as a bit of a Guess enthusiast, I had to drop a review for my appreciation to the staff at this specific location, props.

I purchased a bomber from here that was a pretty good deal! Definitely check out if you like the Guess brand as they have a clearance rack in the back. MacKenzie was the one who helped us and she was friendly and super helpful

Everyone wasn’t interested in making sale , I approached a guy and just walk away from me talking to the other workmate instead. I grab a woman but instead talk to him. 3rd attempt another woman finally she accommodate me but not willing to give me my size XS but instead suggested I should wait 2hours or come back the next day. Not sure what’s going on but this young people works here aren’t helpful at all!! If there’s a zero star be much better ! You deserve 0 star.

This is my second time shopping at this Guess store location. The first time I was followed around. Hounded. The sales associates made my shopping experience not a fun one. They made me super uncomfortable. I know my size. No I don’t need you breathing down my neck the entire time I’m in the store. Let me shop!I spent over $280. I left upset. Today was my second time shopping at this location. I brought my boyfriend today. Again the sales associates followed me around and my boyfriend around the store. Watched us the entire time. As if we were being treated like criminals. They made us super uncomfortable. The sales team was all over us the entire time. But when it came to check out, no where to be found. Which tells me they werent trying to help us.I would’ve spent more then this lil bit, if the people working there were helpful. And I know it’s just this store. And not the company as a whole. Because I also dropped some money at the Guess by Marciano today at the same mall. I had the best shopping experience there. Not here. ladies be more helpful. The manager needs to do some training on customer service. Not everyone who shops there is stealing! Smh!!!

Served by Ignacio today for an evening purse. He was the reason I purchased this bag as he told me it's benefits. The store is exquisite and full of many items. Highly recommend this store and Ignacio.

They never pay attention to me when I go , I’ve gone plenty of times and they can never find a way to assist me even when the store is nearly empty , just yesterday , I had my stuff ready to go by the register and they didn’t assist me , they were just staring at me , I definitely don’t recommend this place , it’s also very pricey which I don’t mind but if they wanna give bad service ontop if that , than I’d rather not shop here

We picked this place to celebrate some awesome volleyball playing. (SCVA Tournament) We started off well....then it went downhill. DRINKS: This is what they are famous for (and why we chose this place). As we started to order, the server quickly advised us of the multiple flavors they were out of stock on...bummer (but we found drinks we were ok with and they ended up tasting very good. FOOD: Well we ordered the club sandwich, surf and turf burger, popcorn shrimp, chicken and waffles and some extra fries. We did not however get ANY food until we complained. We sat for an hour and a half waiting with minimal to no check back from our server. Once we complained, the manager came and told us our food went to other people and our food is being remade. (Not cool!!) We eventually got our food - and the sandwich, shrimp and burger tasted good, but the chicken and waffles???? Oh my...they must have run out of batter so they started using Eggo waffles... (no, not kidding, look at photo). The chicken was way over-cooked and the thin crispy fries turned into grocery store crinkle fries?? SERVICE: Well as stated earlier, minimal attention, although "Jeff" was very helpful on getting us our water we never got, and helping to find our server and food. This would have ended with only one star, but the drinks were very tasty and the rest of the food was good. And friendly Jeff helped add a star. The manager said they are moving locations (as to provide an excuse for the bad experience)...but, if you are going to ruin your brand because you are going to move, you should just close and re-open in the new location. Major disappointment. PS. The manager did offer a discount but can't say we would ever come back. Boo!

I'm glad I got the chance to come here! They usually are reservations only but were able to get me and my party in for bar seating during a Thursday night. The service was great, from the bartenders to the ladies at the front who directed us to our table. I really enjoyed the ambiance as well, it seemed like everyone was really happy and having a great time. We couldn't decide on what to order, and the bartender thoroughly explained each choice to us, which was kind! Before making our drink, they even asked us if we wanted to record, which is something I've never experienced. Overall, a fantastic experience! I would say that the drinks are definitely enough for 2, as the glasses are massive and it's a lot of liquid. I got the "Peoples Watermelon Cadillac Margarita," which includes the Tequila made by Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson. It was extremely flavorful and really nice, decently strong too. I was unable to finish my drink myself, so my partner and I had to split it. Thankfully, we found a great Groupon deal as well which lowered the prices of the drinks. Be sure to check that out before coming here! Given the nature of the place and how many celebrities roll through, the prices are reasonable. I'll definitely be coming here when I'm in Vegas again. First of all food was delicious. I had a cheese burger and fries. Drinks were ok,I got Paloma margarita had tons of gunmies. But why does it have like 90% ice? We ordered the strawberry cheesecake sundae, it was delicious! The decor was out dated and old. The chair were ripped and there was dust everywhere. Our server was polite and not too which I enjoyed. I feel they should do better because they are a tourist point and right on the strip of Las vegas
