Came in to look at a small bag & since I had just started shopping decided to look at other stores before making a purchase. Staff was friendly and understanding. I did come back and was greeted again by Javier who was so helpful and understanding. When I explained what I had in mind he seemed to knew exactly what I was looking for. Not only did he share a similar shopping experience he stayed in contact with me after my purchase & confirmed a gift which was shipped by the store. Javier made my experience at Gucci quite delightful and would definitely recommend asking for him. Went in early on a Saturday and there was no wait and everyone was very friendly.

These people make way too much money. They close early. I come here with pockets full of cash before 9 o’clock at least 15 minutes before and they lock the doors. It’s OK I took my money to Louis. High end store closing early. Figures. Ridiculous. Louis Vuitton is open.

Bought a wallet for my wife. They didn’t have the exact style she wanted but it ended working out, as she loves the one she got. As all places like these designer stores, you pretty much have to tell them you are going to buy something for them to give you any attention or to treat you with respect.

I am a big Louis fan, but decided to branch out and glad I did. I had an issue and the next day they switched wallet out for me. Xavier was amazing!

I prefer the attention given in the Gucci store in Caesars palace. The only reason I went to this store it’s because the bag I wanted wasn’t available in that location and was transferred to this one in crystal to pick up the bag. A fat lady(“Stacy”) was very rude. I made a request with my SA in the Caesars palace location and he assured me the manager would take care of my request, and mentioned that this location had a bunch of the bags I was looking for . However, it was this lady who gave me my bag. I asked questions, she only told me “if you don’t like it, you can return it”. If I’m buying a expensive bag for more than $3000, I wanna make sure the quality is good. The bag had some scratches in the bottom, but she said they only had that one even when the SA from Caesar palace told me something different and showed me the messages with the manager to make sure they don’t give me a display item. Even when they have two years after care for the bag, this lady told me I could not request a fix for the paint of my bag until after one year. Doesn’t make sense because it’s two year that should be starting after the first day. Don’t go to this location. I wanted buy another bag here because I heard they could have more variety but this women aptitude just made me feel uncomfortable and no welcomed. I ended leaving with the bag that I already paid and went to the Dior store in the first floor.
Go to Dior, they have lovely products (bags, clothes and jewelry) and the advisors fit the standards of a high brand company

Went to the store this past weekend and no greetings or assistance were given. Wanted to buy some shoes but no one even gave a look to help. Left the store and went to Dior where the service was much better and my money was worth spending. The Gucci stores in California are much more hospitable... never will I go back to this store in Vegas.

Jenevieve is amazing. From my first purchase and now a couple years later, she is always friendly, approachable and just a great person. I will purchase from her always and the Gucci store is beautiful, less crowded than others which I enjoy. Impeccable.

Went into Gucci at Crystal Shops around 3pm on 9/4/23. Encountered a black woman with huge fake eyelashes working there who ruined the entire shopping experience. Was telling my friend to look at a purse on the left that she might like, and the woman who worked there said, "yeah, you sound like a bitch" and it was very clear to hear. Sorry not sorry if my tone wasn't nicey nice enough for you. Such a shame that this store would employ such a negative, unpleasant, and ugly hearted individual. So many nice stores at Crystal Shopping Center. We bought our friend's birthday gift we were shopping for at another store although we were originally planning to buy it at Gucci. Maybe just focus on doing your job and not call your customer a bitch next time?Went in expecting a pleasant shopping experience, left feeling uncomfortable and very disappointed in the customer service of Gucci at Crystal. Meanwhile the service in the other stores we went to were impeccable. Would recommend staying away from this location of Gucci, there are several others nearby.
