Bought a new reversible belt that I love! Opened the package the next day at the hotel and noticed the usual tag was missing. Was disappointed because I always keep all papers, tags, etc if I want to sell my pieces later. Tried the belt on and the loop was missing! Went back to the store, was given a new belt, tag included with no trouble. ?

Loved my SA Tristan , he was so helpful in showing me the bags I wanted to see in person . From the moment we walked in he so friendly and welcoming !! A girl left happily with her new lilac Gucci . ?????

Fabulous experience! Knowledgeable staff who are clearly passionate about the products they sell. I came in here after consuming copious amounts of Vegas strip alcohol and still came out with exactly what I wanted (amazing wallet ) ...and a pair of $700 sunglasses I am not sure I need/want. However they are Gucci therefore awesome regardless. Thank you for your help

Again, love being in Vegas love going to Caesar's and other hotels just in fear to say anything about it. But stop for some shopping with family. Can still barely walk wish they had more wheelchairs available or scooters?

I wanted to see a few items before proceeding to purchase online...they were not friendly after I asked to see two or three purses...one of the girls even became more unfriendly and unwilling to help as soon as she realized I was going to purchase online and not in store...

I bought a pair of Blue Rhytons for myself on 3/2 while I was in Vegas to see the Usher. My salesperson was named TAILYR (pronounced Taylor) When I arrived home to NY on 3/6 I had some buyers remorse and decided to return the shoes in my nearest NY Manhasset location when I had my next day off on Saturday 3/11 (I will review my experience there also). I was told by the salesperson in NY that they could not assist me with returning WORN shoes!! I told them that I have NEVER worn these shoes outside of trying them on in the Las Vegas store. The manager and salesperson in NY told me I needed to take up my concerns with the Gucci store I bought them from. I called the store and was told Tailyr was not in and I should reach out to her. I texted Tailyr who responded saying when she was in the store the next day she will reach out to me. Tailyr then text me (not call) and said that I can ship the shoes to them (on my dime) and they will then assess them to see if they will allow a refund. So let me get this straight, I paid almost $1k for the shoes and now I must pay another $100 to ship+insurance to get to the store and there are no guarantees???? How does that make sense?? I told her I will gladly go to another Gucci store and have them assess it based on our discussion. She proceeds to tell me, I can do that but if they don’t believe me that I never wore them then I’m stuck with the shoes. I literally breaks my heart that I am being accused of wearing shoes that I never even touched after coming home with them. Upon taking a closer look, it looks like one shoes sole perhaps is slightly more dusty/worn (no scratches or dents or sign of gravel touching it) which means they maybe gave me the floor model. So now here I am with no refund and no one willing to look into this further. I reached out to corporate via email bcuz their offices were closed. I will hope to have an update and a better outcome soon.

Highly recommend this store! Sean Cao was my SA a few weeks ago. He was so nice and attentive. Helped me with some jewelry and a purse and was wonderful! I found some specific items I can’t find elsewhere and love them! Thank you!!!! A++++

I highly recommend this Gucci store. It's smaller than others but customer service is excellent. Ms. Marjorie was super helpful and kind, she helped me find I crossbody bag I had seen in their website and also helped my brother find a nice belt ♥️I'll definitely stop by again when I visit Vegas ✌️Thank you!
