i highly recommend greentec! i've gone to them multiple times already for my prius v battery, and have been incredibly satisfied each time. especially my visit this time around; arthur was very helpful and his customer service far exceeded my expectations. he installed a new battery for my prius and its in great condition once again. i'm sure to come back in the future.

Highly recommended Bussines for Hybrid batteries!Only one employee there and he gets DOWN! In about a hour my hybrid battery for my lexus ct200 was changed. Super quick! Don't drive around with a bad battery! Get a new one. Prices foar better than the dealership!!Services: Auto battery replacement

Yesterday I Got my new Hybrid battery replacement on my 2005 Prius at the new location in Henderson great staff as well as there technician that performed the installation. friendly and fast service I highly recommend them for any Hybrid Battery upgrades for future customers. I am so thankful for the incredible service, honesty, and generosity of the folks here! I took my broken Prius in for a new battery in the hopes that was part of the fix...they put a new battery in, and when that didn't work, they took out the new battery, put my old one back in, and didn't charge me for anything. It was such a blessing. Thank you so much!

Took my ford fusion hybrid for battery replacement its been good so far even though the first battery they replaced it with was bad it all worked out when I went back for the other replacement I have the 18 month warranty

I took my 2011 Prius down to Greentec to check the health of my battery given that it seemed to be discharging and recharging quickly. My car has just over 100k on it and they ran the diagnostic and told me my battery was surprisingly healthy given how quickly the car shut itself off while idling. And yes, the could have recommended a replacement battery but told me the truth and I appreciate their honesty and integrity. Only the 2nd shop in Vegas I have found like that. The place we have been taking our non hybrid cars for repairs for almost 10 years is Ace Auto off Sahara.

Fantastic service. New building is a bit difficult to find. As of today, the sign still says O'Reilly Auto, but it's not. It's Greentec. Despite construction making it hard to find, they are a wonderful company. I highly recommend using their services. John was prompt, kind, helpful, and honest. The Toyota dealership was horrible to us and this experience was a breath of fresh air after that. He performed a FREE diagnostic (vs $200 at dealership) and informed us of the issues and realistic time frames and estimates to solve them. 5 stars all the way.

Excellent service, installed battery in 2020, had problems with the unit, called them up. Within 48 hours they took care of the issue because it still under warranty. Very happy

Although customer service here in Las Vegas was pretty good; getting this hybrid battery absolutely did nothing for me, milage wise. Absolutely nothing. This vehicle still get the same 18-20 miles per gallon.. to be honest, had I known it would be like this I'd not have wasted appx $1653.46 plus buying a brand new 12 volt car battery as well. Thank God I didn't spend more on a 3yr battery.. not a happy customer JULY 1..the sales guy Scott that sold me initially I spoke with when I called into their office this morning ..i had emailed earlier answered whenni called today ..he said he already forwarded /escalated to the manager who supposedly was going to call me back.. haven't heard back anything yet

Paul & Nadia here in Las Vegad have been wonderful. I have an 07 and an 02 Prius. Whenever I have a problem I check with Paul first. I've had inverters, Hybrid batteries and water pumps changed. He is fast and efficient and just an all round nice human being. I would recommend him to anyone who has a Toyota Prius. I heard they are moving to a new building and I need to make sure I find where that is. When you find someone good, you want to stick with them.

The mechanic was amazing he sat there with me and trouble shooted the whole day until we finally got it right and he made sure that I was being charged for what I needed and he didn’t stop until my car was up and running with no issues!
