I am upset because 4/24 @845 am , I was told that I was giving her drama because I asked a question about shell rewards and had to return back inside because she put the gas on the wrong pump. I will never come here again. I felt so uncomfortable I refused to go back to get the receipt that she didn't offer. She was upset with me because I interrupted her duties that she was doing. You can't be mean to me while I'm paying with my hard earned money!!!!

This store has a friendly employee but nothing else to offer besides that. The system is down half of the time which leaves customers stranded. You can't buy anything and then they just close the store and wait it out.

I was next door to rapid cash I went over to buy a water and use the bathroom mind you it’s 11pm and I asked the man to use the bathroom he said it’s open from 10am-6pm????? My husband went to get a drink and he saw a female leave the bathroom and it is now 11:24pm the other girl was white and I am Mexican I guess discrimination never has a curfew...

Selling expired chewing tobacco they sold me a can dated dec 2018 then they checked and said they had 5 rolls of expired cans they finally found a roll that wasn't expired. Meanwhile you have 3 employees in the store and only 1 working the cash register why not have 1 of them check the shelves for expired product

All the female workers are so sweet and helpful. Sometimes they have low stock of certain snacks but not really a big deal because plenty of more options! There is a Indian man who's soooo rude, gives a nasty attitude and isn't helpful at all!

The moment I set foot in the store all three clerks descended on me like locusts because they did not like my lack of footwear. (I have a medical condition, but they weren't open to explanation) They were not reasonable, they did not treat me like a human being, they argued with me even though they were completely wrong, and they cited lies. They tried to invoke laws that do not exist. They even admitted that the store was not kept up enough so that it would be a danger for me to walk in it. Probably not the best tactic to take. When I called them on this, telling them that I was fully aware of my rights and had legal proof, they laughed at me and kicked me out of the store. I did not cause a scene. I came in to purchase some food and gas, they are the ones who chose to make a fuss over absolutely nothing. In short, they prefer not to have customers if they are not dressed to their standards, which is weird considering I was in business casual and had already spent the morning shopping in several other stores with no issues. Even if they want to invoke illogical and prejudiced policies, they could at least do so with manners. UPDATE: Went to the Rebel just down the street and got excellent customer service, a full lunch, and a full tank of gas with no issue. (Just in case anybody reading thought it was me who caused the issue.)
