Review for an experience that happened 6 months ago. I came in to purchase ice and I was looking where to find it. There were two people in the register, one guy and one female. And then the guy asked me what I was looking for and I said ice. The guy pointed the area where I can purchase ice. I heard the female whisper to her coworker "it says ice, idiot." She thinks I didn't hear her. I rarely go here to buy anything, and I don't think I'm ever coming back.

Broken equipment!! Don't use the air pump for your tires!! Someone from the government needs to come here and either have the company fix the air pump for your tires or have the machine removed. It lessons the air pressure.

I submitted an application to this location over a couple of weeks ago. I gave it about a week and went in and talked to the store manger Joy about my application. She claimed she was working on my references but was having trouble reaching them and that I should give them more time. So, I waited a few more days and went back. I got the same lame excuse and she's saying that it doesn't look good that I quit one job to go to another and her "people" were saying they don't want me using their company as a "stepping stone." That's a pretty lame excuse. A person isn't expected to stay at a job if there's no potential for growth. Needless to say, she is intentionally not helping me out with my reference. I have been out of work for over 2 months and just want a job. I don't think it's right she's doing this. Somebody needs to make her help me. It's not right. I'm having a real hard time finding work and she isn't helping and doesn't seem to care. She is not a very nice person and in my opinion unprofessional. She also said she is training a new manager and that takes priority over me, so I don't matter. She lied and said she would reach out to another store to help with the references if she couldn't do it because she's too busy and she never did. Is there anything anybody can do to help me? If you're smart don't apply to this company. They don't care about people obviously and Joy is not very nice.

Victoria & James are the best. This is the Shell Green Valley at 4615 E Charleston. Store # 36. They are patient and classy. They deal with alot. I've shopped there a long time & they are truly hard working and real.
