I've been coming to this location for 8 years.
Just left there about 4:00pm. Tourism is the life blood of the city. This person at the front counter that wants to argue with loyal customers in front of tourists Is highly unacceptable. Just one more person or employer letting employees shoot Las Vegas in the foot with highly unacceptable behavior. Especially being so close to beautiful hotels like Mandalay Bay, Luxor, and a new stadium being built. The employee is phenomenal at representing complacency rather than understanding how detrimental her behavior is to the town.

Late Friday night and the lady behind the counter was super nice. Very helpful and courteous even when she was handling the store alone.

Don't worry, they don't provide the bathroom, but there are even machines to play in case you can't wait to get to a casino, it is a fairly large store unlike other small ones.

"Toilet for customers only". OK, I bought snacks and beer for about 30$, then I asked for the toilet key. The lady-man response was: "I don't have the key, somebody took it and left with it". "Well, don't you have a spare key?" "Why would I have a spare key?", shim asked me with a rude and aggressive attitude. "Well, in case somebody leaves with the key! Like in this case!" "You know what, toilet is a courtesy, I'm not obliged to give you the key".

I was very impressed with one employee at the green Valley Grocery store called Diamond who assisted us at the cash register on three separate occasions during our stay at the Luxor. I was captivated by her personality, her high level of energy and her positive outlook. Thank you.

It’s a gas station convenience store labeled as a grocery store. Don’t expect to come here to buy groceries. Other than that it’s clean, staff is very nice, and they are well stocked for a small store.
