By far the best haircut experience i’ve ever had. Kat was incredibly kind and nice. I really enjoyed the conversation and the incredible hospitality by the entire MGM Grand Spa team. I will go out of my way on my next Vegas trip JUST to visit this Kat and this team again!!

My husband and I had a couples massage. We loved it. We also got to spend some time in the spa area. Hot tob, sauna, steam room and areas you can relax. They have showers with shampoo, conditioner and body wash. They also have lotion and makeup remover. The only thing I would love to have is maybe a coed area so if you have a couples massage, you can relax before and after with your husband/wife. This is the 2nd time we have gone and it won't be the last. You can go to the spa if you aren't staying there. You just pay and you have the day.

Been coming here for years. It's a decent enough spa but in comparison to other spas in area, due for a renovation. Honestly, pretty surprised that they haven't scheduled one or completed one at this point. if and when that happens, I would definitely hope to see some type of cold therapy tub or room. At my current visit the tile around the hot tubs are cracked and flex when you walk on them. For the last couple of years, the hot tub itself is either out of commission or not functioning properly. During my current visit, and at my last two prior, it operates with the water level only about 70% full. Their spa menu has dwindled from what it once was, which makes me sad because I love the place. They used to offer body scrubs completed on a shower table, cupping, private spray tans, 5-day day passes, etc, All have disappeared from the menu of services over the years. With so many spas as an option in Vegas, I feel like they really need to make some changes to make this place special again. The spa advertises to be open until 6 PM but the guy on the men's side shut down the sauna and steam room at 5:30 the other night and when my husband asked to have it turned back on he declined. The service providers on the other hand are consistently excellent. Sammy, in the men's spa is phenomenal. I have never had a bad facial or massage here. They're all extremely knowledgeable and superior at their craft. I will continue coming, but I definitely hope to see some improvements in the coming years.

The spa at the MGM is decent. The spa area includes a hot tub, steam room, dry sauna, and lounge (with drinks, snacks, and TVs). I do wish they had a cold pool, though. The massage was excellent - I only wish I'd done it on the last day of my trip out there, since it knocked me out!!

Not the worst gym but has less machines and options than my condo gym in Toronto and closes at 6pm. The hours are brutal for a city and hotel chain that prides itself on being accommodative.

Stayed in Vegas for a convention at another hotel that didn't have spa service available. MGM offered the services at median price but since my convention was in the same location it was a win win. I disappeared later in the convention after reserving a hydrofacial a few days prior. It winded up to be $300 but loved it. The lady who did my facial was awesome and knowledgeable. First time doing any type of spa for myself the tech made me feel comfortable and explained before and during so I knew what to expect. Constantly checking to make sure I was OK and added home advice for maintaining healthy skin. My face was so clean and glowing when I left and I haven't seen my pores look so good. If you wee early to the appt you can relax in the jacuzzi, suna, steam room, or just sit and watch TV. You have e access to these services some time after the appt as well. The hydrofacial was amazing and I highly recommend. From now on I am doing spa treatments especially a hydrofacial every couple months from now on. 3 weeks later and my skin is still amazing and easier to maintain prevent blocked pores, acne, oil and dryness balance. With the advice I was provided by the tech I also finly invested in facial products to help with preventing wrinkles and roving the few I do have for F lines, daily cleasing, and hydration. Never looked back and feel so good. A must if you are in the area and worth it.

nice spa when staying on property. May be better options, at other locations, for the cost.

We came to check it out and were planning to use water treatments and swimming. We requested to tour spa before purchasing the pass , we were denied to walk through facilities. We have decided to go to some different place Very impolite and inconsiderate

So i have good and bad for thisBAD- they need to give you more info when making a reservation for a couples massage. We wanted to experience the spa together and paid extra for what we thought was the route to do so, no… you get massages together and than you go your separate ways, kind of a bummer.Next $400 for a 50 min massage/spa experienceWell our massage was 40 mins tops. I watched that clock like a hawk, they didn’t start till way after 3:10 and were done before 3:45. So much for a 50 minute massage. Do your research and go somewhere else. The staff in the women’s area, were not helpful to my girlfriend at all, they walked her to her locker and that was it. No info no tour nothing.Good- the 2 gentleman that we’re working in the mens area during our appointment time on 1/29/24 3:00pmThey were very helpful to me and gave me a tour and treated me like a new guest and I couldn’t thank them enough.Overall $400 not well spent id say $200 would have been what i would actually pay if i ever wanted to go back there.Probably wont though.Do your research before making any purchases

Better than average workout room. Ample weight training and plenty of cardio machines. Clean. Only provide water cooler and hand towels.

I can truly say that his place is magical. Wonderful food, great gaming and the energy of the room is vibrant from wall to wall. Excitement in every aspect of this incredible experience of the Vegas lifestyle.

Unfortunately I had a terrible experience. ?I was looking forward to pampering myself.First my appointment was pushed back until 3pm.Then told at 3 I could not get all the services I scheduled because they closed at 6.I felt rushed. Told to carry my stuff around because the locker room would close.I got a hudrafacial first. It felt rushed. It was painful and the acid burned my skin. So painful days later.I was told I could not get a baylange hair because of time, only single process.I booked $500 worth of spa I never got to use, when I checked out my bill was $900. I looked terrible. My hair was orange at the roots. My skin was on fire and my $90 manicure consisted of a different color and some hand lotion. So disappointed. It was a wellness trip. Now we are road tripping back home and I look worse going home than when I arrived. Never felt important. I felt to be more of a hassle to everyone. Rushing to get home.I hope you will make this right. I was apprehensive to leave a review but I think this was important enough. It’s worth complaining about. Or atleast in this case, this is important enough for me to defend myself.
