All is very good. Manager, secretary and maintenance do an excellent work. In my opinion all that is missing is a good gardening service REALLY blowing entrances to apartments and surrounding areas, cutting all dead branches on trees which drop a lot of needles and planting more flowering plants and bushes. They do not provide a real gardening service being just grass cutters. Thank you.

Exterminator came in a timely fashion and laid traps in apartment. He said he'd follow up soon. I was very appreciative to see him so soon after I put in request. Extremely comforting! Maintenance is always on top to respond. I love that here at Gramercy Parc!!!
