Great place to shop and a great product line. Have shopped for decades. However, it appears that they are becoming a DEI activist company - which is very sad. I thought they were smarter not to fall in the latest social soup of the day.

Just left the Grainger store in Las Vegas and have to give a shout out to our representative, Sam! He was very helpful and had a great deal of patience answering all of our questions about setting up our compressor. Sam looked out for our best interest and took his time to even call Grainger Technical Support with us. Sam will definitely be our go to guy! Definitely, would recommend.

Completely different atmosphere than I expected.Walked in to something like auto zone, mostly car stuff and a few other cleaning supplies, rakes, shovel and small things to choose from. Wasn't welcomed in by any worker a guy in the front walked by and didn't say anything. A female finally helped me but didn't say anything in the regards someone will be with you shortly. Horrible customer service, finally placed an order but you basically have to check the website out first on what you want to order give the person typing in items, a SKU number and your phone number for them to pull your account. If you are tax exempt customer like myself provide your information week or two to be processed before making an order. The have Net 30 but it's only available to be used with a rep in store or speaking with a rep over the phone. They don't except it making an order through the app or online. Process to me was strange. Than it cost $10 per item to be delivered as items come in on different days. So you don't get what your shopping for the day you go in.
