Goodwill Retail Store and Donation Center offers an eclectic mix of donated clothing, linens, housewares, electronics, furniture, media, jewelry, and accessories at bargain prices. Revenue from donations fuels community programs in Southern Nevada, including career coaching and job placement services. The store is generally well-organized and clean, with a smell reminiscent of a dry cleaner. Shoppers can find decent brand names and items in decent shape, including new items with tags, but note that prices have risen and finding good deals requires time and visiting at the right time. Specific promotions like dollar tag sales exist, and signing up with a phone number provides discounts like a senior discount. The donation experience receives mixed feedback, with reports of both decent and unsatisfactory interactions, including some poor attitudes from workers. The staff overall receives praise, with many employees described as amazing, exemplary, friendly, helpful, sweet, kind, and working hard. However, experiences with staff can be inconsistent, with mentions of one employee being consistently rude and slightly aggressive, while a shift manager is noted as helpful. Customers acknowledge that times can be tough and advocate for patience. The store remains a source for affordable items like books, and many customers return to shop and donate.
Clean, well organized. Parking can be a bit tricky.

Very disorganized. Wrong sizes and clothes in the wrong places all over the place. Plenty of workers grumbling under their breath about how crappy it is. I'm going back to Savers.

Absolutely amazing staff! Helped me out when I desperately needing some furniture even though I had lost the receipt at the time. They are good people and each of them are exemplary in their own right! Would definitely come again just to visit them again!
