I visited this GoodWill on 13 February 2024 for the First Time, And received excellent service.. When I entered the store I was immediately greeted and told ' Welcome To Goodwill '.. I was not able to find what I came in there with the intention of purchasing, But I was able to find something I was interested in buying!! I will most definitely be a returning visitor again!!

Be careful of the price. Many times the price is a good deal but all too often the price is the same for new. Glassware and appliances, including air popcorn poppers are often the price of new. I can buy new ones that have never been used and I can return it. At Goodwill, they charge full retail price. No guarantee and you can't return it. Even if you show them the retail price, they will not lower to a fair used price.

I ran in the store to check to see if an item was still there at 8:55. There were 2 cashiers , about 4 customers shopping, 6 in checkout, and 3 workers on the floor. All of the workers started shouting at me that they were closed and I needed to leave. I thought maybe I had the time wrong, checked my phone and said it's 8:55 a lady next to me said she had 8:56. One of the cashiers said" be out in 5 min" I didn't find my item, but on the way out , I asked one of the floor workers why I was singled out and made a spectacle of?" He said he was walking around telling all customers time to leave" it still does not explain why I was singled out and shouted at but I suspect it was because I was the only white person there. One worker had to unlock the door so I could leave. When in my car the clock said 8:58.

Rude. I honestly ask for something and was greeted with sarcasm. Products but I have to say I didn’t find this trip fun. I walked out.

I don't like this company. They try to come across like a charity. This is a for profit company. I don't want to contribute to their deception. Plus they don't pay their employees enough.

Goodwill is not a place to buy cheap used clothes anymore ... go to salvation army stores much better and better quality !!!

This is my least favorite Goodwill. The selection and variety of clothing wasn't good at all compared to others we have gone too. Prices are okay and did walk out with a few things but I don't think it's worth another trip anytime soon.

Located in the shopping center on the corner of Rainbow and Alta. Various items for sale from holiday decor, housewares, shoes, bedding, furniture, clothes, greeting cards, and more. This location has fitting rooms. They have daily deals posted near the entrance. Staff is friendly and constantly keeping this location near and tidy.

Super easy to drop off items for donation. Just park upfront and the donation bin is right in front of you. Drop things into the bin at your convenience , done.Not sure what the hours are for donation, but I was here at 4.30pm on weekday and the bin was there.

Suspected they were changing color tags on items for Monday sale. Stopped in today and found multiple tags changed. Dont waste your time.

All of the lower ratings are pretty accurate. This store is filthy. The employees are rude. We dropped off a bag of clothing and were treated like we were putting them out to take the donation. It's a simple donation. I don't expect anything for it. I don't even expect a thank you. But don't grunt at me like I'm making your life difficult. There are better places to take your donations. Try the Assistance League or Deseret Industries.

Visiting from out of town & enjoy browsing new thrift stores. I have to say Las Vegas...your prices are good! They have colored tag sales & days with extra discounts. The prices on items vary according to the item (in Northern CA...prices are ridiculous!!!)I've included photos of items I found that were so inexpensive!The housewares is lacking but Goodwill can't help what gets donated or not.The thing about thrifting is you need to be okay with walking out of the store empty handed.
