The service here at Goodfellas was exponential. Eva and Celine at the front were friendly and professional. They were very detailed in explaining my options making it easy for me to make a decision. They even cleaned the inside of my car better than the condition of when it was dropped off! Goodfellas Collision Center is a clean and proficiently ran family business that I prefer over any corporate conglomerate, they offered a personalized touch and made me feel so welcome and taken care of. I will definitely be back and recommend to all in need of car repair or service.

These guys are trash. They only take insurance jobs to keep the lights on. Last year I had my car repaired here after an accident and since then I keep finding small things they've broken or messed up. It was a month long process of not being able to get ahold of anyone and if I did that person was out but promised I would be called back shortly. Didn't get a call until the car was ready for pick up. Almost every connector they removed has the plastic security tab snapped off. Like they removed them with screw drivers and pried them off. The horn was never reinstalled, it was left hanging behind my bumper. Small pieces of trim are missing. Like the filler piece between the fender and the door jam. Instead of using the right hardware that was already on the car or had to be replaced. They used random sheet metal screws or bolts depending on what was laying around in the shop. The closer you look at the car the more amateur mistakes you find. If you care at all about quality then I would look elsewhere. They also had the audacity to tell me if I rated them a 5 star review they would honor a 5 year paint warranty.

They did a job for me apparently well. but the pieces they put in I think are not the originals. and it took a long time so I'm not very satisfied with the work

I was rear ended and took my car to this body shop. They took over two weeks to fix my car for a very minor fender bender. They eventually called me and asked if I wanted to pick my car up because the small part they ordered didn’t show up yet but it should be there in a few days. I was sick of the rental car I was driving so I told them sure. I picked up my car and now I’m constantly calling them asking if my part came in yet. It’s been over two months and they still tell me “the part isn’t in yet”. Is it coming from Mars?! I’m going back to the insurance agency now and trying to explain this to them. They probably never even ordered the part. They just pocketed the insurance money.

I just came to drop a friend's car off but it seemed like everybody in the office was very friendly and nice kind of hard to find with the construction though so be aware Don't use the GPS 🤦🏽♀️

Recently had to have my car repaired due to damage by a theft. Goodfellas was seamless in their communication from receiving my car, to giving me updates on when parts arrived, and had repairs completed when they said they would. They made what was a stressful situation as simple and painless as it could be. Dwayne personally handed my keys and walked me through what repairs needed to be done and why. We even had to bring the car back for a minor issue with my headlight and he again walked me through exactly what the issue was and how it was resolved. Appreciate all of his help!

I am blown away by the service we received from Goodfellas. I had a silly accident that insurance covered and Goodfellas was their preferred vendor. Because of this, I was weary. But Goodfellas went above and beyond! The communication was clear and timely and they went out of their way to finish the job promptly. To my delight, my car was spotless - clean inside and out - when I picked it up. I cannot recommend highly enough!

No communication on pick up of the vehicle. Looks like my tires were rotated and one needs some repair…on the side I was struck by another vehicle
