Stopped in for a quick visit and was approached three times for a timeshare advertisement. Way way too much. Otherwise a pretty nice place. The people at the stores were very helpful.

Got married here and the entire experience was amazing. Get the Spa room and you will not regret it!

It felt more like a Motel 6 than anything remotely worth the price. The moment you walk in, you’re swarmed by pushy timeshare agents. My room? Sandwiched between a mini convenience store and a Chick-fil-A. They charged me $800 for three nights in what felt like the ghetto. No phones in the room, no liners in the trash cans, and cigarette burns in the so-called “non-smoking” bathtub. I literally felt like I needed a shower after using their shower. As for getting help? Don’t bother—it’s nonexistent.

We have stayed at the Golden Nugget for years. Sorry to say this will be our last time staying here. Staying here for a week and asked for additional coffee for our room. Was told if we wanted more coffee we had to pay $25. That is crazy that we’re here for four days for two people and cannot get extra coffee. I was told that the first day was complementary. When I called the front desk to ask him about it the guy was short with me. he said that’s just the way it is. Completely unacceptable for this to happen. Additionally, I was told we had to register for parking that would be free and so far I have been charged $26.25 per day for the past three days for parking. I’m not sure what’s going on with Golden Nugget but this will be my last trip here.

Good rooms, clean. Parking was not so great, no tall vehicles and had to call security for over flow parking everytime we parked.

Don't leave money in your room. The cleaning staff will steal it and the front counter won't even acknowledge the issue

I give this place zero stars. We made our reservations two months in advance. We paid extra for the upgraded bigger corner suite on the quieter side of the hotel. When we checked in we confirmed if we were on the quieter side and they said yes. Unfortunately when we got to the room we were not on the quiet side. My husband called the front desk only to be told that they had no other room on the quiet side but if we really wanted the quiet side they could put us in a standard room but we would would still have to pay the upgraded price. We will never stay there again. Just a total ripoff and very poor customer service

Rooms: The beds!!! OMG, they were so comfortable. There was no quiet way to close the front door to the rooms.
Noteworthy details: I don't think it's fair to charge a resort fee to use the pool and then the pool be closed the whole visit. Everything else was great.

You can tell that the hotel is already part of the old team. The main focus is on casino operations and less on room management. The rooms are for sleeping and unfortunately you can see that in some rooms, especially in the bathroom the fittings need to be replaced. Some windows are also leaking.
Otherwise we had a nice stay there.

Stay anywhere else if you want good service and nice rooms. The first room they assigned us smells like smoke. The second room also smells like smoke. Both rooms are supposed to be non smoking. The tubs are horrid and so is the service. The bathroom sink makes annoying noise like it's bubbling and dripping in addition to smelling like sewage. The toilet flush is so loud even with the bathroom door closed that it will disturb and wake the other person in your room. They didn't open the pool for the day and we were waiting for it to open. The pool already has very limited hours that it's open. One of the big draws of this resort is the pool area, so it shouldn't be closed. They have no microwaves in the rooms and none to bring to the room. I've never requested a microwave at a hotel that didn't have them. It's 2024. Upon follow up and reaching a different manager, I am more satisfied but probably will not return.
