Talked to a regional regarding expiration on food slip and had no idea,and suggested trying Casino for help.After no success 6 times prior, I said I would find another place to eat and abruptly hung up on me.No need to go to Golden Entertainment properties when there are many other options.GOOD BYE GOLDEN ENTERTAINMENT!

To whom it may concern. I stayed at the Stratosphere from 6/15/23 to 6/17/23 room 22036 and I am very disappointed. The room was horrible cigarette burns on the couches and garbage left in the sides. The smell of marijunana through out the room as well. The tub was not cleaned thoroughly and there were roaches in on the bed and in the bath room which were confirmed by the attendant whom came to verify. There was no water for about two hours and we were not notified of any shut offs. This was the worst stay I have ever experienced. I have attached a copy of the roaches as well.Sincerely a disappointed Legit player

Employees are treated like garbage. They didn't learn anything from their in-laws, the Fertitas. Be nice to your employees and they'll be nice to you, and everyone will make money. Stop treating everyone like they're disposable. We will all remember that. Also, stop draining Lake Mead.

Donna from HR is a gem. I've never met anybody who actually cared about helping somebody looking for a job. There was a glitch with me filling out an application and she fixed the whole situation for me. And After many months of looking for a job I got hired! Thank you So much donna I really appreciate what you did!

Dont apply or work for this company !! I spent a lot of money to get into company to work as in $216 to only work for a week and wasn't properly trained I got bosses that were rude everyday & the employees are old veteran men that are truly rude attitudes where stuck up and nobody seems like they wanted to work with new people whatever you do it's a waste of time. Your under paid and over worked they don't treat all employees the same it's a lot of favoritism going on ! But I recommend stay away from this company bad experience ok worst experience!

I would not use my true card at any golden establishment. Food comps are good for a week...... who does that? Worst card in vegas or anywhere else.

Would like to submit a comment about the experience I just went through at one of your locations. My cash out ticket number is #0641 and I was in there at approximately between the hours of 18:56 and 19:12 today January 30th, 2022. I have been a local neighborhood client to the casino inside Smiths (355) for about 2 years. I go in about 2 or 3 times a week when I buy my dinner items. In the time that I have been a client I have never ever been treated the way I was treated today by your employee. I hate to use the word racist, but the way that he was treating me made me feel discriminated. I went in like I always do when the Buffalo machine is available, I was on the phone, on speakerphone with my daughter, and I apologize I was not aware that it was not allowed, but your attendant instead of offering me something to drink, like everyone else always does, goes directly to tell me I wasn't allowed to do that and at no moment did he offer anything. I terminated my call on speakerphone and continued with playing. I then tried to put more money in the machine and the machine was not accepting the bill, so I put it in another machine and it took it. I cashed out from that other machine and tried it on the Buffalo machine and it still did not accept it. So I asked the attendant for assistance, instead of approaching me he was yelling across the room at me and when he acted like he couldn't hear me I raised my voice and told him the machine was not taking my money. He came and said some things I didn't understand because he was wearing his mask bent at the mouth, he then took the ticket from me and instead of looking in the machine malfunction or troubleshooting, he just cashed the ticket and gave me the money. I told him I was not asking for the ticket to be cashed but actually wanted to put more money in the machine and he switched his tone and body posture to a bothered attitude and told me it wasn't the machine and walked away without helping. I continued on the machine and I cashed out and tried again twice, I noticed the machine was not taking the ticket and said, if I remember correctly, "invalid form of payment"; I tried my ticket again and it took it. I moved to another machine to play blackjack and another customer sat about two machines from me and I noticed that he quickly proceeded to offer her something to drink. She was a white woman, so his action did make me feel discriminated and unappreciated as a customer so I played the last of the money I had on the machine and as I was leaving I asked the attendant for the manager's information and expressed to him that in all the time that I have been going there, I had never ever been treated like I was treated today. I believe I treated him with respect, and at no moment did I raise my tone with him; and your attendant instead of respectfully asking me what was the issue, he raised his tone of voice and said "WHAT? What is it that you didn't like I treated you like any other customer". He also claimed that he offered me a water and I said no and then he offered my husband a water; which is not true because when I told my husband that he didn't offer me anything to drink, he took the initiative to go ask the attendant for a water, and my husband said that that too seemed to have bothered the attendant. As he was writing the manager's information he kept trying to argue with me in a loud manner, that he didn't do anything wrong, while I was keeping my tone low enough for a two person conversation. The way that he was handling my complain got other client's attention, to the point that they were saying things to me. One of the ladies there is a smiths employee and was trying to make me feel intimidate too supporting his actions. I really don't appreciate the way that I was being treated, I am always friendly to the other attendants because they have always shown respect. They treated me horrible Pahrump Nugget,Gold town and Lakeside was the better out of the 3 locations how ever I reached top level card under 24 hours I was humiliated treated disrespectful AL that runs the Pahrump locations should be fired he is obviously a womanizer and not professional at all I do not recommend Golden Entertainment in Pahrump Nevada

Golden Entertainment has demonstrated how little the customer means to them. In the two years since they took over the two casinos in Laughlin, they have taken away every perk that was previously offered to Legit and Epic cards. There is no incentive to play in their casinos. Not to mention how tight they have made the machines. Other casinos in town offer all kinds of perks to their players. Not Golden. Oh, did I mention how they took some of the best restaurants and ruined them? The Vineyard was a great restaurant until they closed it. Don't order a mixed drink because they swaped out the drink mixes for cheap ones and they taste terrible. Maybe Golden Entertainment should not assume their players are ignorant and don't recognize what they're doing. Most of the Epic players are going elsewhere now. There's no reason to gamble at the Edgewater or Aquarius. You'll never win anything to play on and you'll get nothing in return for your loyalty. Good luck sustaining your investment in Laughlin. You have angered most of your loyal players. Shame on you for being so greedy and treating your employees so poorly. Everyone knows what's happening with them.
