Stayed with a friend last month, we had dozens of issues with the room. We have submitted multiple emails to the "official property listing" and website after being told to do so, also emailed the website and emails listed. They won't help, they asked for more details and then didn't do anything about it or address it at all. If the hotel actually cares, maybe respond to your damn emails
the room was filthy beyond belief, the entire place reeked of cigarettes the room included, staff was rude and confrontational when it was addressed and nothing was done. This hotel is a dump. Avoid this place
Rooms: Filthy rooms that smell like cigarettes

AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS
Tried contacting hotel about my stay last week. Service was so horrible I had to leave my stay A night + early. Cigarette smoke everywhere including the rooms. Dirty nuts and food left in rooms missed by cleaning staff. Not to mention the Surprise resort fee not mentioned w third party booking, just like the cigarette stink despite picking a non smoking room. If the hotel gets back to me I'll be shocked.
Update 11/7/24 okay, I contacted the gold coasts contact us twice but yeah I just sent a message over to that link you guys listed. Update 11/18/24 hotel has refused to contact me, they clearly don't care about guests this place was a dump, and it's clearly managed by clowns. By far the most disgusting hotel I've ever been to
Noteworthy details: Smokers paradise apparently. Cigarette vending machines galore

The rooms are all renovated and feel like brand new. There are no musty smells. They are just like a top dollar strip hotel as far as being clean. The beds are comfortable the hallways are clean the carpet is new. A+.
The building is older, probably constructed in the 60s. It is showing its age on the outside and as you walk into the casino. However, I can easily overlook that because the casino is very adequate, all the games the other hotels have, great food selections, clean, friendly employees. B minus. Free parking right next to the building and in the garage. I would recommend if you're staying here to rent a car if you want to go over to the strip or any place else. The walk could be a little dangerous and rideshare is a little expensive. Rental cars are very reasonable. I have been staying at the strip hotels for years and had to stay here due to not wanting to pay $800 a night to stay on the strip. From now on when going to Las Vegas I will stay here no doubt about it.

Stayed here 10/17-10/20 had to leave early due to horrible air quality and disgusting room. I've emailed the property, told the desk, and contacted Boyd on their official website. They claimed they wanted to help, they've never replied other than asking my other review to email which I had already. This hotel is filthy and they allow cigarette and weed smoking everywhere on the property

Gold Coast is a walkable distance from Caesars and the strip. The rooms are fine, nothing at all special. The beds are sleepable but not super awesome. The casino is mostly Chinese with lots of Baccarat. The resort fee is about $37/day on top of the room charge. The internet is slow and cumbersome unless you pay extra apparently. I had my key deactivated due to what they claim was a declined credit card even though I had a receipt (showed it and they reactivated my key). If it wasn’t for needing to be in town for meetings and the room costs for the weekend I’d have probably stayed elsewhere but… it was fine… no major issues just little annoyances that added up

Recently...I checked in late at night to early in the morning, and a certain security staff member in front of the elevator was making nice notes to kill time...which was nice since I was tired! I regret not being able to say that. I'm sorry for writing it here because it's probably not something you want people to know about, but it's good ??
Even if you're not confident with the language, you can check in using the machine, and if you don't understand, the staff at the counter will quickly help you.
Rooms: There were no problems with the water or beds, it was spacious, clean, and reasonably priced. However, I was surprised when the building alarm went off early in the morning due to an error!

There’s a lot of smoke. Other than that the staff is friendly and the rooms clean and good size. An older hotel. No vent in bathroom. No slide door or curtain for shower. But the price was good and it is close to many things. Walked to Chinatown. Share ride to the strip. Went to the dim sum place downstairs and it was pretty good. Great to go with large group. Fridays was a bit empty but tried the happy hour for drinks. I don’t know if I can come back though due to the smoke. I was wearing a mask and could still feel the burning and smell. Anyone with asthma I don’t recommend. If you’re on a budget and not too picky then yes.
