March 30, 2021 - Had our 1 year maintenance for our two Air Conditioners. Paul Guthrie was awesome. The maintenance was needed before the Las Vega heat sets in. The Smart AC's had a little glitch with the capacitor and it stopped itself from burning up the compressor. Paul did a great job of fixing that and cleaning the units. Appreciate the trained professional that he was. I have attached a photo of Paul Guthrie hard at work on one of our Units! Thanks Paul! So glad we bought these from Goettl Air Conditioning and Plumbing.
March 2020 - After seeing on television and the radio ads, we decided to give Goettl a call regarding our heating and air situations. We ended up going with 2 new air conditions that will not need that coolant that will not be available or pricey soon. We've had nothing but problems with our home since moving in 2006. We purchased a new house from Signature homes. Everything was messed up from the zone system they installed. After years of struggles with this, we had enough. Goettl representative came out, went up into the attic and inspected the vents and ductwork. We then opted to go with Goettl for a complete new furnace and have the zone system removed. The new system is amazing. Now all of our rooms have heat, no cold rooms, 4 master bedrooms later, we are all comfortable.
The technicians were proficient, professional and prompt. It was amazing how all the heating, A/C's, and redesign of our attic duct work was completed on schedule. The office staff was great about reminder calls, calls when techs were coming and follow-up.
We are 100% happy with Goettl. We are now contemplating the tankless water heater and removing our old soft-water tank being replaced and update.
Thank you Goettl for the great work all your teams have done to our home. We also was able to take advantage of the 0% interest for one year to get the system in ASAP. Thank you again to all the technians and especially to Zack for the follow-up call. Sadie is definitely right-on with approving these workers.

I had a water heater leak that flooded my entire garage and I had very fast service the same morning I called . The plumbers Stevo & Texas Chris where very professional and courteous. They also helped me with applying for credit to pay for the work . I highly recommend them to fix your plumbing problems. It was a bit expensive what their company charged but every other plumbing company will charge around the same . I’m just happy my house is functional and I got hot water again ! I’m grateful to them that it was fixed the same day.

I was in need of a plumber today for backed up sewer line. I called Goettl and they were very prompt in send a plumber to my home. I had the pleasure of working with Mike C. He arrived promptly after notifying me he was in his way. He was very kind and professional. He inspected each bathroom toilet, tub and shower. He inspected the main outside the house. He explain what he found and gave me an estimate. He explained what work needed to be done and how it would be performed. He let me observe to see what was causing the blockage. He took care of the clog issue and when we went back inside to make sure all toilets, tub and showers were working properly we notice a leak under the master toilet. He corrected the issue and put in a new wax ring and reinstalled the toilet. Mike took his time was respectful of our home and did an excellent job! This was a very positive experience and Mike made the whole thing much easier to deal with. I would definitely recommend Mike and Goettl if you are in need of a plumbing service. Thank you Mike!

I've used Goettl for years for all my AC or plumbing issues. Recently had a fantastic service call with Larry Bracamontez. This guy is an asset to your company and I really felt that he cared about the issues I had. He went over and above my expectations! Give this guy a raise! Goettl may not be the cheapest in town, but they ARE the best. You get what you pay for.
