We recently came back to get our second vehicle ceramic coated because of the excellent work done on my 4Runner. Rich walked me through all of the product line he created to find which coating best suits our needs. We will be back in the future! I highly recommend this place.

Update: Had a mishap and Rich and his crew performed a miracle. No appointment, just messaged them and they said to come right in. When I got there, they brought me right back and took care of our vehicle in no time at all. I want to add that the shop was packed. When it was finished I was told that there was no cost! They truly love their customers. I highly recommend Glossit.
Couldn't be happier with the experience and the results. Our truck looks absolutely amazing! The before and after is literally night and day. I would 100% recommend

This place is the WORST place to take your car to except to get screwed over and a job that a group of 1st graders could done better. The owner tells you that you have a warranty but he is lying through his teeth!
These thieves charged me $6,000.00 for something I could have bought at Walmart and saved $5980.00! They charge $2500.00 to put a piece of clear plastic on the front of your car to protect against your paint getting scratches. They SAY that you have a warranty but when something happens, you take your car back and they tell you that the scratch isn’t big enough to replace the $35.00 piece of plastic that I paid $2500.00 under the assumption that I had a warranty and that they would fix any problem. I got a scratch in the hood and take it to them and they said the scratch isn’t big enough to replace the plastic, so now I have a car that is 6 month old black car with a 5-6 inch scratch on the hood! The company is run by a very dishonest man that obviously is going to have to be taken to court to get my PROMISED and written warranty claim taken care of!
DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND STAY AWAY FROM THIS CROOKED PLACE!
I’ll see you in court Rich Light. I was NEVER given an estimate to fix the problem, actually I was told that the scratch was not BIG enough to replace the plastic film. This is in response to what the owner wrote me about the scratch but he wouldn’t know because he was not there! There goes another lie.
One guy says it isn’t big enough to replace and now the owner (Ricky Bobby) who has never seen it is telling me that the warranty doesn’t replace the plastic film. WHICH PERSON IS TELLING THE TRUTH?
SEE,,, these people CANNOT BE TRUSTED! Honestly, you can get the same results from a ceramic sealant that you can buy at Walmart or a car parts store and do it yourself! You get the same results if not better. Depends on the ceramic sealant you buy and trust me, GLOSS IT is not the best! Far from it.

No need to look further. Rich and his staff at Gloss It are incredible. From the moment i walked in the door for my estimate appointment I felt safe knowing that my truck was in great hands. They are prompt with communication and updates through the entire process. I chose paint correction and ceramic coating and I’m truly amazed at the results. It looks like it came straight out of the factory. FLAWLESS. I could not be happier with the service I received at Gloss It. HIGHLY RECOMMEND if you want your ride to look brand new again. Look no further for PPF and ceramic! Rich has more knowledge and experience than anyone around. John evaluates a car closely and prescribes exactly what it needs-there is no over selling. This is a very professional and honest company. It shows in the facility and the employees. I’ve had two cars done and couldn’t be happier.

Went in for a quote and they gave me all the information needed and advised what was best for me and learned from the best great people and was a quick process. They have the best customer service in town hands down the owner rich sat down with me and explained all the options and helped me get what was best for me and picking up my truck and ran late and had issues with my credit card he helped me out and was so patient with me his staff already left he waited for me and made sure i would get my truck that day and even it was after hours he still showed me how to use the product they gave me yes!!! They gave me a goody bag he's knowledge in the business is amazing he's business has been around for almost 4 decades almost 40 yrs and that shows you that people are really happy doing business with them ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ if i could give more stars i would they are the best in town and will be coming back for more in the future happy customer here!!!?

I'm thankful my brother told me to go to Gloss-It Auto Detailing Studio to have PPF installed. Was happy to learn that could install ceramic tint as well. Loved receiving picture updates of the work that was being done. Staff is super friendly and veteran friendly. Would recommend to anyone that wants PPF, ceramic coating and or tinting.

My experience was just great! The staff h,the complete gloss of my auto, that beautiful lady that assisted me and also the relevant info on my auto maintenance . Also, what I should do on a monthly basis and provide me with the items I needed it do on a regular basis. I'd refer anyone to just visit Glossit and have a converted about procedure any view the auto's that's been completed!!
