I dont know if you agree but it seems to me we are all to quick to critize.
Its for that reason that i want to thank Sid and Steve at Global.
They were courteaus, knowledge and communicative.
They are not close to where I live but wil definetly be going back.

I made an online appointment for a free one hour consultation at 12pm but needed to move it to 2pm. I updated the time online. When I showed up after a 30 minute drive, I waited a few minutes (there was no one in line). A guy was sitting there heads down. When he had time to look up, he said he had me down for 12pm but I explained that I rescheduled for 2pm. He said there were other people waiting and asked if I could leave my car. I couldn’t and asked if he could view a video of what I’m having issues with. He said no and a lot of people ask him to watch videos and he can’t diagnose unless he looks at the car. If I had known a one hour consultation required leaving my car overnight I would have made arrangements. The one hour free consultation is misleading so plan to leave your car overnight!

Quick response. I got a transmission fluid and filter replacement. After I got my truck back I looked under and saw the bottom pan was clean and the fluid is at the correct level. I did ask for filter to be saved so I could see it before discarded however I wasn't able to check it because I forgot to inquire after I returned

I've been going to Global Auto for a few years now and I've got to say my opinion doesn't change.... I LOVE THIS PLACE. Steve is an amazing and caring person and he truly cares about his business and his customers! He comes with care and honesty and I truly do appreciate that, as we all know most mechanics aren't as honest and caring. I appreciate everything Steve has done for me and my fiancé in the past few years and I can't see myself going anywhere else. Steve had truly earned my trust and it won't be going elsewhere. Thank you so much Steve for the amazing experiences you've gave us! We can't wait to be back in the future!

We were overcharged on labor costs on a brake job(3 trips) . Even with a credit , the labor cost still ran about 200.00/hr. Since we had a credit we went back (a/c out during heat wave) & they ran diagnostics. We recieved a quote for 1200.00. . A/c module amongst other modules. It was none of that. The problem was fixed for 100.00 ( a ground wire) just trying to make a quick buck. Shame on you global - you know what you do.Services: Auto engine diagnostic
