I got there and was immediately discouraged because the door was locked at 7:35 pm even though the website said it was open until 9 pm and there was an open sign lit in the front window. Upon closer inspection the sign on the door said be back at 7:40 pm. The employee returned right on time at 7:40 pm and the rest of my experience was quick and easy selling my CVS gift cards to them today. The employee that helped me was very nice and informative. I will use their services again and recommend them to others for sure!

This place is great they give the highest payouts so you should go there if you have any gift cards not to mention both guys that work there are pretty dam nice plus they have some awesome paintings in there that are for sale and the paintings are very good so go check them out if you got the time so even if you don't have any gift cards you could go there for the paintings so see you there and God bless and A HAPPY NEW YEAR TO EVERYONE SEE YA

Horrible. I mean horrible customer service at this place. Highly highly recommend avoiding at all cost.Took a target merchandise return card here that was for only $90. & based off there website inquired about them giving the highest payouts guaranteed and informed them that the lady over on bonanza stated that she paid 55% for target cards but before I could even tell him what place offered that amount he cut me off and said "ya I've heard of alot of people going over there and not actually getting that price" Even though he had no idea what place I was referring to. Then began to rant on about useless stuff like "if I went into McDonald's and tried to negotiate the prices on there menu would they go for it" obviously not since they don't offer a guarantee everywhere there business is listed including there own website. So he began to say over and over "I'm just a cashier and my boss is in Colorado and I'm not bothering him for no couple dollars like your wanting". Anyhow like I said just all around rude and disrespectful. Lacking any type of customer service skills and certainly giving nothing but a bad name for the company. Would be the last person I'd ever consider hiring to represent my company. Will certainly be spreading the word to anyone that asks me where to sell gift cards to stay as far away from here as possible.Overall 0Customer 0Availability: 7/10Likeliness to recommend: Absolutely not.

My first time visiting Gift Card Exchange just a minute ago and thanks to Royo who actually has the best attitude. Very very nice and friendly also he knows his stuff. Never thought I would ever review any place since I never feel like the need but hey I'm letting everyone out here in Vegas come check em out you'd be crazy to go anywhere else!!!
