They don't answer the phone if you call they block the number so you can't call , went there manager and front desk stealing or something super paranoid and rude

Poor customer service. Overpriced used games and the manager is useless. Get your games anywhere but here

Rude service. Employee too lazy to ring up transactions separate for buy 2 get 1 free promo. Lost a big sale of about 12 games. And there was no one in store but me. Snapped at me and said he didn't feel like ringing up 10 different transactions! Would have been maybe 3. I guess he just rather put back all the cases after I walked out! Doing his job of selling games not a priority. Was on Fri Oct 20, 2023 about 8:30pm. Mexican guy. Probably a manager because he has worked there for years.

Eric is the best employee here. We didn't see him since he was at a different store for a while but it's always a great experience when he's at the decatur store. He's great with my kids. Always jokes around with me and my husband. He's the reason we come to this gamestop. Thank you Eric!
