I came into the store with no intention of buying anything, but the owner welcomed me in and we had some great conversations on the various games that Games Workshops offers. Although I am not a local, if I am ever in the area, I fully intend on coming back in and discussing how my Kill Team / Necromunda campaigns have been going!

My husband and I were in town with time to kill before our flight, so of course we stepped into the local Warhammer store. Jeff was an utter delight - he was incredibly knowledgeable about all the games, and most importantly, excited that we were interested! The store was clean and everything was well organized, but the welcoming environment was top notch. I can't recommend this store, and Jeff, enough!Next time we are in town we are coming in again.

I took my nieces in while I was visiting Las vegas. I had never been to an actual games workshop and didn't know what to expect. The store is smaller than I expected but is chock-full of cool models and plenty of paints.I was particularly surprised and impressed with the learn to start painting desks that they had their where you can come in and they will help you learn how to paint your very first model. They gave my nieces a model each and I think that's a great way to introduce them to the hobby. Overall very impressed.Thank you so much!

Jafo talked to me for HOURS my first day learning about the hobby and I didn't buy anything. There was zero pressure. He wanted me to sit on it, decide who I wanted in my warband and then come back when I was ready. What an amazing guy, he's really passionate about the hobby and just wants people to learn. I will be back next week to make my first purchase. The store has earned a customer for life.

Drove an hour for this shop to be closed until 4. No issue if they actually reflected this online for those of us not on this side of town.

Manager is great, super knowledgeable on release dates and general lore of Warhammer. Was very helpful on describing the different types of brushes and what they are used for.

I was hesitant to come because of previous store reviews, but I am VERY glad to took the chance. Apparently they've had a change of management and the manager Jafo is one of, if not the BEST Warhammer employee I've come across. He made us feel welcome, was willing to answer any and all questions me and my folks had, spoke to us about the game, models, and was a very pleasant guy to chat with.If you're looking to get into the hobby, paint your first ever minature, or just want to visit, then I would HIGHLY recommend this store and Jafo.This might be the best Warhammer store customer experience-wise in the US.Easily a 5/5 experience! I'd rate higher if I could!
