This place jacks up their prices.They claim that their products are best in the valley, which is absolutely not true.In addition to that , when I went in with my husband to look around, the owner did not acknowledge my presence and only spoke to my husband. When I asked questions he just did not answer them.I think they should be respectful to ALL their customers to get better business.

My experience was bad. I can't bring myself to relive the experience by detailing it in detail in this review. My installation was delayed for months based upon "supply chain issues". Then when we ran short on materials the owner blamed it on me not spending enough, rather than accepting responsibility for the measurements that he personally performed. Also, we had to do a lot of coordination of the subcontractors used by Galaxy. However, the end product turned out well, but it wasn't worth the stress.

Bruce and his team did an AMAZING job on our backyard remodel. We couldn't be happier. This was a very difficult project. No matter what challenges popped up (and you know they will), Bruce always had a solution and to put us at ease. In addition to the BBQ kitchen structure that he and his team built and installed without any issue, we also purchased all of our outdoor appliances and bar stools from Bruce. Top notch quality!! Bruce is definitely a team player, he even met with our other vendors to confirm the lines of communication were open and make sure it was a successful installation. The installation went smooth and we couldn't be happier. We definitely recommend Galaxy Outdoor, specifically Bruce!!

This place is a joke. Takes over a year to get anything done and then they ignore you and don’t respond to emails or phone calls until after the warranty period ends and claim that they can’t do anything becasue it’s outside the warranty period. Never got any production updates, was never told where we were in the build /development process, then they have the nerve to say all the delays are the customers fault when they don’t call or provide updates. So sad. Terrible operators.

Absolutely had a great experience with Galaxy outdoors. Bruce and Alex were absolutely great. Very helpful and very knowledgeable. Had an outdoor fireplace and needed a very unique set up. They custom-made everything was super helpful responded to emails very promptly.Everything was ready when I arrived. The pricing was absolutely completely fair. Could not be happier with my experience, and will always be going back to them. When it comes to custom barbecues or fire pits this is the place to go. Thanks again

Stopped by on a whim because we’ve been shopping for a new gas grill, and we were pleasantly rewarded by finding a great one! This is a fantastic place if you’re wanting to take your backyard kitchen to the next level, they have everything! Also really happy that they have referral’s for all types of contractors.

Whereas numerous other companies and contractors have been difficult or impossible to deal with, Galaxy Outdoors has been fantastic! They have shown up when they said they would, done what they said they would do, designed exactly as we wanted, they were cheerful, helpful, and had reasonable prices. The ONLY reason I'm giving them 5 stars is that the app won't let me leave 8 stars!

The Kamado Rocket is by far the best grill I have ever owned/seen. It is impossible (virtually) to screw up steaks. We have cooked steaks, pizza, BBQ, and cheesecakes on it. All turn out perfect. They are pricey, but totally worth every penny.

The Kamado Rocket saved out marriage. I had given up hope that my husband could grill a steak until we bought this grill. Now he cooks perfect steaks every time, and our relationship hasn’t been better.
