Worked for this company before it got bought by allied security and before it became G4S. Don't recommend this company if you are looking for career advancement opportunities.

Don't bother working for them. They can remove you and won't tell you if you're fired. Even if they accuse you of making a tweet about poor working conditions. Even when they don't tell if the tweet violated anything secretive in company policy. You're literally expendables working for cheap pay. Lots of dirty things occurring behind the job. The whole management office is a joke. Favoritism is everywhere in this company. No loyalty, quality or professionalism. No wonder people are quitting left and right. No accountability, no management, no service.

My son worked for this company. They promised full time work w/OT, $17 as a flex officer and Fridays off. They lied about everything! I called pretending to be a potential employee, and they lied to me as well. Thank goodness Allied is taking them over next month. Maybe they'll get rid of management and make this a decent company to work for! These types of low end companies is what gives the security industry a bad name. Walk away, there are better companies that will treat you better and pay what you were told you would get.

Great starter job however they do alot of background test and extra requirements to even get $17. Just if you do get hired and choose to work for this company please ONLY use email for paper trail. Never respond via text or ANY phone call and if EVER uncomfortable when they supervisors say "if you have a problem call HR" (it's thier favorite line) just call HR and make sure you again have all paper trail and cc every email with HR. NEVER communicate with your direct supervisors in any other form other than that it is a good starter job. Disclaimer they did not merge with Allied Security they will tell you this but they indeed are actually becoming and transitioning to Allied. I have a lawsuit pending so if you have paper trail, texts messages or any viable evidence reach out to me.

I was a patient at the Southwest Medical Urgent Care on Charleston and Rancho. The security was from G4s and was very unprofessional. She was on a personal call, cursing loudly. She didn't have a care in the world. She finally walked outside and I could hear her every time the door opened. What kind of people do you hire for your company? Very unprofessional in a medical facility. I was horrified. I tried to call the company and complain about this person but they're closed on weekends and you can't get ahold of anyone. Ridiculous

The guards placed at eagle trace are the worse. They are not all bad, but they can be terrible. The white guy with blonde hair and green eyes thinks he is tough until you ask for his name. He refuses to give his name after being rude and lazy but will give his supervisors name. He doesn't respond to calls and doesn't open the resident gate for residents. He gives me bad vibes.

The guards at Queensridge are unprofessional. They repeatedly hang up the phone on residents with valid concerns and their favorite excuse to say when they are actually required to show up is, “This is not in our jurisdiction”. Even a simple internet search on the Head of Security assigned to the community reveal very questionable history and is not a positive reflection of the safe, upscale environment and standards the community tries to portray. Everyone in the community pays minimum $250 a month on HOA with most homeowners paying upwards of $400-550 a month, and the Queensridge Tower residents paying about $2,500 a month and this is the low level of security the community is subjected to.

This is not the company you want to work for they are turning into Allied Universal next month. I would work for neither of these companies all the upper staff is lazy they take it out on the guards they try to get you fired if you don't kiss ass, Adrianna Johnson needs to be fired immediately so unprofessional.hung up in my face on calls multiple times when I wouldn't do things "her way" and when I couldn't get Personal info into them in time the took me off all sites and wanted to leave me high and dry them when I went over her and was told I could work my hours she calls me and tells me I can't get paid for the hours I've worked this is the worst I've been treated as a guard in 8 years o hope you never have to work for these people they do not care about you our the business they care about their pockets and going home early from work

This review is for Kenny he is the security guard at Green Valley Library. He is awesome, so polite, informative and professional. Due to Covid the Library was closed but he was sitting outside smiling and greeting customers for reservations and information. His demeanor was great, his friendliness was exceptional and to meet a smiling face during these uncertain times was priceless!!!! Thanks
