I started going to fyzical therapy in Henderson Whitney ranch office two months ago because I had fallen down and hurt my knee I also had my big toe amputated and was having balance issues. Dr. Zachary McConNell and everyone else at the office were so knowledgable and incredibly supportive. Two months later I am walking and able to do chores around the house with little or no pain. My balance has improved 100 percent . I can't thank everyone At the Whitney ranch office enough. I am recommending Fyzical therapy to all my family and friends.

Front office is seriously incompetent. I've had to call like three times to get them to email to me some important documents to sign and I'm still waiting for itEdit: I didn't even need to sign the prior authorization. My insurance never required it. I had to wait a month until my next appointment because the office never contacted me to schedule my next appointment even when I had been set up to get four appointments. I called a couple weeks ago to see the progress on the situation only to be told I had to keep waiting for authorization even though I was set up for four appointments by the time I called, I guess the front desk couldn't figure that out. I had to call my insurance to sort out the situation since the front office staff were so incompetent. The only good thing about this place is the physical therapists. If it wasn't for them, I would have looked for a different place already.

Came here in Aug of 2020 with a diagnosis of Persistent Postural-Perceptual Dizziness and definitely had an adjustment period. The exercises were weird, and there's no instant gratification with this diagnosis so it took a long time to feel like the therapy was doing anything. Alas, 7 months later and I am nearly on my way out the door thanks to the expertise of Dr. Gomez (Ellie) and Alena, her amazing and fun assistant (I love your race car flags Alena, and how much fun you have with your work:). They both do their best to have fun in heavy situations and do a great job addressing the emotional side of experiencing something like chronic dizziness. They treat their patients as a whole person, not just someone with a dizziness problem. If you go there, I'd advise not to expect an instant fix, but to trust providers' abilities and know they ultimately have your best interest in mind. See you soon ladies! Keep up the great work.
