Bought a massage chair (Katana 700) last month, and have been using it almost every day. Lisa was very kind when showing us the massage chairs and trying them out. She was also very understanding when we changed our minds to switch models the next day. Overall enjoyable experience and very satisfied with the product.

Paid $325.00 for expert chair repair and got burned. These guys are not factory qualified or trained. Literally did nothing, but said contact the manufacture. Buyer beware.

This was one of the best investments I have ever made! I purchased two massage chairs from here and my family and I are grateful to have them because it helps us get rid of our stress and recover from working all week. We were looking for a massage chair. This place was recommended by my co-worker. My wife and I were glad that we went. Christine is the one who assisted us during our visit. We bought the Sport Brio- and I’ve been using it for almost 8 weeks now. It turned out to be one of the best investment we purchased!!! Customer Service is “topnotch from start to finish”. It was Lisa and her husband with Christine who made the delivery. They were on time and went smooth and quick. Thank you FFL family!!! Highly recommended!!!

Lovely small family-owned business with a large selection of quality massage chairs (the largest we found in Las Vegas). Lisa, the owner, was very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. She took the time to explain all the features and answered all of our questions. We demo'ed multiple chairs and came back a couple of times to make sure we picked the right one since it is quite an investment.Lisa gave us a good deal on one of the top models; she included the additional 2-year warranty, in addition to the factory 3-year, and kicked in the white-glove delivery at no extra charge. The family (Lisa, her husband and daughter) delivered and set up the chair in our home the same week. They were on time to assemble the chair in our location of choosing and were done within 45 minutes.This is our first massage chair and the whole purchasing experience was quite pleasant thanks to Lisa. We bought Panasonic MAJ7 months ago and we’ve been enjoying it. It’s our regular spot we go every day, relaxing while letting the chair fixing our problem.
