We love this store. Service was excellent! They helped us find exactly what we needed and even made suggestions to help us decide. The whole purchasing process was very fast and easy. The store is beautifully laid out and they have so many great deals!

This furniture store has the best selection of furniture in Las Vegas with really great prices. Every one has great customer service and the delivery drivers are also very good at building furniture efficiently. Never had a bad experience.

Sales person was great very helpful. Delivery people is who I had a problem with the girl who take the delivery order was so rude and disrespectful because of her attitude they will lose business.

Horrible customer service to blacks!!! Upon entering the female employee and others just stared at us and didn't speak! I had to speak first and was prepared to furnish 3 rooms. Their ignorance made them lose out on $4000 sale. Don't shop here!

The reviews claiming that this store will sell one item, and send something of much lower quality are unfortunately totally true. Only after confrontation did they admit there was a difference in the material, only after gaslighting us into believing it was the same. We were also told we were only looking for problems when we called back to confront them on the second table we ordered being of lesser build quality than shown in their showroom.
Word to the wise: If you want any furniture sold here, simply look for it on google/google lens. Everything they sell is imported from generic wholesalers that supply the same furniture all over the valley at a far more competitive price anywhere else you look (including amazon).

This store initially special ordered us a table, which upon arrival was of absolutely inferior quality, and upon closer inspection was actually identical to the same table set sold down the street for over $1000 less. When confronted on this, we were gaslit and told that the chairs were exactly as ordered and were of the same quality as those in store. Yet when approached in store about this discrepancy, we were informed that there were different "qualities" of material, although this is never told to the customer. The table was swapped out after absorbed their absolutely ludicrous return fees, and the table sold to us had build quality issues as well. When we called the store about about yet another issue with their business, were also told we were only looking for problems, and that nobody else had ever complained about it. Which is odd when I look at all of these low ratings across every single platform this company is listed on... interesting. Word to the wise: If you want any furniture sold here, simply look for it on google/google lens. Everything they sell is imported from generic wholesalers that supply the same furniture all over the valley at a far more competitive price anywhere else you look (including amazon).

If I could give this company 0 stars I would have, they sent out the wrong coffee table and told me… that’s the one I ordered, when it was definitely not!!!! Then changed me $190 refund fee for returning something that I didn’t order. Terrible Company!!!!

do not buy here. you will not receive the same item you purchase from store.
we purchased a mattress from this store but they delivered this terrible foam pad that has zero support. We call them and they refused to give us the item that we paid for. do not come here!!!!! they will scam you. Not sure how they run a business like this by scamming elders.
