“From the moment my sister and I arrived at Care, the staff greeted us with warmth and support. Aaron was especially kind and helpful, guiding us through a tough time. He explained everything clearly, making things easier to understand. Anastasia was also very gentle and put us at ease during this difficult time. Losing our dad was a really tough journey, with lots of emotions and decisions to make. But with Aaron’s help and the support of the staff at Care Cremation, we went through the cremation and burial process with care and attention.”

“My wife passed away recently and despite a long battle with cancer, we had not made specific plans. She had only expressed her desire to be cremated and have her ashes buried in a cemetery in another state. I did not select a Mortuary until after she was gone. I chose Palm Eastern Mortuary because her father was buried there and it was, frankly, the first place that came to mind. I am glad that I did. I received a call from Tom Cropp, a Funeral Director at Palm Eastern the day after my wife's passing and he set up a meeting for a few days later. Tom seemed to sense what I needed. He was sensitive and respectful but not dour. He listened to my desires and allowed me to ramble on about my wife and our time together. He did not try to sell me services that I did not need or try to talk me out of following my wife's wishes. I believe that he genuinely cared about helping me in my time of grief. He helped me to prepare a memorial video and other tributes. In short, his service was excellent. Other Palm staff were also helpful and respectful.”

“Make sure in your Medical Power of Attorney or Will in Testament the verbiage gives you permission to manage the body after death. If your paperwork isn't specific in this area, it will delay the process. Other than that, picking up the body was very dignified and picking up the remains showed great care of our loved one. I would recommend them to others.”
