NEVER TAKE UR VEHICLE HERE FOR WARRANTY WORK, THEY WILL LIE TO YOU!!! So I took my mustang to this dealership to get warranty work and recalls done. I knew what was wrong with my car going into it, they called me a week or two later saying that they were not going to fix my vehicle and that it would cost $2200 even when the issue was 100% under a Ford warranty and then continued to tell me about other issues with my car that they would not fix. I took my car to Ford in Enterprise (I highly recommend them) I brought my car in for warranty work and recalls just as I had done to this ford. They diagnosed my mustang and ordered the parts to fix it immediately and it was fine within two days!! They didn't try to charge me, their communication is amazing! So if you ever need trustworthy work done on your car I highly recommend ford in enterprise Nevada!!! NOT THIS FORD DEALERSHIP!!!

I went in to get my brakes done 1st off the advisor they gave me was a punk I bought the car and because the brake pads were not a sentimeter more worn they never replaced them at trade in so I had to get an entire brake job after 90 days of owning the car this is how they get around the lemon law they simple say it didn't need replacing at the time of inspection but they know it will need it done as soon as someone buys it. I will never buy another AMERICAN MADE CAR PERIOD...

My wife and I recently purchased a used car with the help or Fernado Delgado at the Friendly Ford dealership. Through Fernado's help we were able to quickly identify the car we wanted to buy. He assisted us in every step of the purchase and made sure that we were satisified even after we drove it off the lot.Fernado did a top job. After having an unpleasant experience at another dealersip were are very pleased with Friendly Ford's service.

DONT TRUST THIS DEALERSHIP, ITS "WARRANTIES", PRICINGS they will screw you over every which way they can, they WILL UPSELL WARRANTIES that THEY DONT HONOR and will give you the run around sending you from one department to another, one will say it's covered and another will say it is not. they will SELL YOU a USED CAR for BRAND NEW pricesthey will screw up your relatives car and have you bring it back over three times still causing check engine lights and transmission fluid leaks. FLAT OUT DONT TRUST OR GO TO THIS PLACE, they might seem nice at first and do whatever to reel you in and then next thing you know you are screwed and left with debt and a mess. THIS ISNT WRITTEN BECAUSE I DIDNT GET MY WAY, THIS IS LITERALLY WHAT THEY DID. YOU ARE BETTER OFF GOING TO CHEVY OR SOME MOM & POP SHOP (if they still are around) They screwed me on my FIRST CAR (2023), don't let it happen to you or your family.

Friendly Ford: A Great Place to Take Your FordI finally took my old Thunderbird to Friendly Ford for a checkup and tune-up that was way overdue. Brian, the customer service guy who helped me, was super friendly and chill. He even let me choose if I wanted to wait or come back later. I decided to run some errands, and he called me about an hour later to say my baby Bird was in good shape and just needed some fresh fluids. He also gave me a heads-up on a few other things to keep an eye on, but they were minor issues. I really appreciated that because most places want to pressure you into getting everything fixed right away (which usually means spending a lot of $$$). Anyway, my car was good to go so I picked it up and took it for a long cruise!

Be aware that they take appointments, but they cannot service your car for anything more than an oil change the same day, they will keep your car 2-3 weeks BEFORE a tech sees it and tell you what needs to be done. Buy your car there and change it every 2 years or else you will be let down when you need help. That is "Friendly Ford" of Las Vegas, North Decatur. Two service people told me the same story. I wanted to buy a replacement for my Edge, but now, I will take my business elsewhere.

Hard time with customer service but finally got what I needed. The online chat was probably the most convenient part of getting assistance.

I had great time at friendly ford driving the new ford expedition Timberline with Kerriem Jones. He's a very knowledgeable salesman and is very good at making the customer feel relaxed and not pressured into buying and made sure that I got what I was looking for. I look forward to working with him again in the future!!

Disappointed. I need a repair that I was told would take "10 days." I have a warranty and a rental is covered for that amount of time. I originally called Team Ford and they said it would be about 2 months to get it in and suggested I call another Ford Dealer. Friendly was the next closest so I called them and they said they could do the repair "next week." Bad decision. The problem was recently diagnosed through Quick Lane so I was anxious to get it repaired. Anyway, after arriving on time to my appointment (AND taking time off from work), the service advisor said the car would sit in their back lot for 5 weeks before they even look at it! WHAT??? I spoke with Michelle, Service Manager, who offered no solution. I clearly made her angry because I told her the system is flawed and as part of the management team, she is responsible. Of course, she blamed the person who answered the phone and who made the appointment, which is BS and just wrong. In fact, she called her and proceeded to reprimand this poor person in front of me and the service advisor! So unprofessional.I drove back to Team Ford and they do not use the reservation time to just take the car and let it sit for 5 weeks before even doing the diagnostics. I'll let them do the repair in 6-8 weeks OR WHENEVER but the car stays with me. I can store it in my garage and not in a back lot. What a waste of time. I guess they want the issue to get worse and then they'll send me to Sales. This makes me believe that I will NEVER BUY ANOTHER FORD! Be careful when making a reservation at Friendly Ford Service. The operators are very nice but the managers are not customer-focused and do not take accountability or responsibility for their own processes.

I had a 2017 Ford Fusion hybrid with 75k miles. The transmission failed and I scheduled an appointment with friendly Ford. When I dropped it off, they told me it would be a week to look at it as it's a hybrid and they apparently have 2 hybrid mechanics and one was on paternity leave. 3 weeks go by, I call and leave voicemails and never once get a call back. Have to go down a dozen times on my lunch break. Eventually they diagnosed the car but still never called back, then when I went down they told me it'll be $4000 to fix. I said it should be covered under the factory warranty and they said no. I called Ford HQ and they said no as well. Luckily I had a couple of months left on my third party warranty so I processed it with them - $500 and over a month later I have my car back. Looks like they put over 100 miles on the odometer "testing" it and burned through most of my gas. I drive about 5 miles and it's not shifting correctly again. At this point I said fuck it and sold the car, bought a Honda. I've been a Ford guy for a 20 years, but I'll never buy another Ford again. FUCK friendly Ford

My wife and I had purchased a 2016 Ford Focus a while ago and it had a recurring issue with the transmission. After finally getting through to Ford Corporate we were given the option to have Ford Purchase the Vehicle back or apply the money to a new Ford. We looked at both offers and we opted to do the replacement option since we received substantially more towards the new car than had we just taken the buyback offer. We purchased a 2023 Bronco Sport Badlands Edition in Area 51. My wife loves her new car. Everyone we dealt with was courteous, polite, and did their best to get us in and out quickly.

My car has had electrical issues since late November, I had to bring the car back 10 times, till they where able to fix it (maybe) the last time it failed, the car would not start, and I had to limp in, they said it was a 12V battery issue, and tried to charge me $250 for the battery and $354.18 for the 'diagnostic charge' -- I refused (I have an extended service contract with ford) and told me ' we will remove the new battery, and you can take your car.My car has been at friendly ford for 4 days at this point.I took my car with my old 12v battery to Pep boys and had a new battery installed for $250 -- when I got home, I discovered the trunk of my car was torn apart, and the carpeting has been ripped away, and that my BRAND NEW 4KW lithium batter that was installed by the ford dealer had (maybe) been removed and swapped out with an older battery. I am investigating, and have filed a police report. - IF YOU USE THEM, take a photo of your gas gauge, "gas' has disappeared bringing my car in for service. - do NOT TRUST THEM! - they break more items then they ever fix!WHY did they need to rip apart the trunk of my car to service the battery by the engine???

It's a car dealer with a service shop. It's no fun to be without a car but the Service Shop does it's best to deal with a bad car situation. It's never cheap to get your car fixed so it's nice to work with people who are helpful. My favorite part is the Lyft ride they offer so you can go home after dropping your car home. Thanks Friendly Ford especially Brian! You've been a great help to Mom
