Hard time with customer service but finally got what I needed. The online chat was probably the most convenient part of getting assistance.

I had great time at friendly ford driving the new ford expedition Timberline with Kerriem Jones. He's a very knowledgeable salesman and is very good at making the customer feel relaxed and not pressured into buying and made sure that I got what I was looking for. I look forward to working with him again in the future!!

My son called and made an appointment for service. When he arrived they told him to come back for the car in two weeks!! What!!! When you make an appointment supposedly they work on the car that day! He won't be coming back..
