  Avery was such a big help and made the experience amazing. 10/10. She was kind, informative and made sure I didn’t leave without letting me know the Freebirds I already had when I came in could be cleaned up while we waited. I couldn’t be happier with our purchases.

  Guys! I have SEVERAL pairs of Freebird Boots, but have never been into a store. Shopping here was dreamy. The boots and sandals are fantastic. Roman provided top notch customer service. This was the best shopping experience I had in Vegas and it was top notch.

  Natalie was so wonderful to work with today!! I wasn’t sure I’d find my perfect boot because of my wider calves. She helped me find not only one, but TWO perfect pairs for my “athletic calves” -as she said. & a hat. You made my trip one of a kind, Natalie is awesome at what she does :)

  I was in twice this week and had the absolute best service both times! The staff was knowledgeable and kind and willing to do pretty much anything to make sure I left happy with the right boots! They even took back a pair that was over its due date for exchange no problem which I appreciated so much being from Canada! I can't wait to start coordinating my boots with my custom one of a kind hat! Thank you to all the staff at the fashion mall Freebird - you all were the best!

  I absolutely LOVE this store! Roman was so helpful, friendly and knowledgeable about all of the boots in the store.   Absolutely love the brand 1st of all and now I Absolutely LOVE Arissa, she helped me pop hubby's and sister-in-laws FB cherry. She was patient, pleasant and a great sense of humor, she made it easy to spend WAY too much money. Love you Arissa!

  The ladies in this store are sooooo sweet & beautiful! ? Nataly R. helped me a few times and she was so knowledgeable and caring. I started out buying my first pair online and because she helped me with getting the right fit I’m now the owner of 6 new pairs ?. These shoes are gorgeous and addictive!I was also helped by Averi S. and she was so kind. I suggest before buying your first pair always stop in this store first if you live in Vegas or are visiting.

  My girlfriend and I visited this store. We were greeted as soon as we walked through the door by Roman. He was patient, attentive and recommended lots of styles. He was very honest and how the shoes looked on us, also, if it was wider or narrower, and if he thought it would fit our feet. He was extremely knowledgeable of the product and was quick to get us different styles and sizes. He made us feel like we were the only customers in the store without being rude to the other that were there. I was comfortable no being pressured into buying any of them. Thank you Roman for an excellent shopping experience!
