This is my first time staying at a four seasons hotel. From the moment I came to the front desk they have exceeded all my expectations. So helpful it's like anytime I wanted something they were there to provide it. The rooms are spacious clean the food delicious I can't recommend this hotel or not and it's a hotel within a hotel so if you don't want to deal with all the gambling and stuff like that you don't have to.

I stayed at the Four Seasons Las Vegas for one night, expecting the high level of service that the brand is known for. Unfortunately, my experience fell far short of that standard.
Upon checking into my room, I noticed a brown stain on my bed, so I called down to request fresh sheets. No one ever came to replace them, but I did receive a polite apology email through my Expedia profile. While the apology was appreciated, I would have preferred if someone had actually come and addressed the issue.
Room service that evening was also disappointing. I ordered a burger and asked specifically for extra condiments, but none arrived. After waiting for 15 minutes, ketchup was finally brought up—by then, my food was cold and unenjoyable. I also ordered the seasonal cheesecake, which I was told would be mango-flavored, but I received a plain cheesecake with a side of blackberries instead.
Overall, the experience felt more like a budget hotel than a luxury stay. Given the many other options in Las Vegas for the same price, I wouldn’t recommend this particular Four Seasons. It just didn’t live up to the brand’s reputation.

Nice hotel but we are still waiting for reimbursement of the hundred dollars charged upon our arrival as a deposit, 3 weeks after our stay!!!

Went for a concert. The wife and I were very happy with the room. The dining has everything from high end to a quick bite. It and the luxor are connected with shops in between. And being in the same hotel as the show is a plus.

Serenity found here in Las Vegas. Service is 100% friendly and professional. Smoke free. Great food at Veranda. Walk to Mandalay Bay to play and enjoy the quiet that much more when you get back. Ahhhh. Everything works correctly. Little things like the shower head, shower door, coffee shop, pool chairs, room keys... Other hotels things are broken, dirty, worn. Luis was so welcoming when checking in. Jarrod was great taking care of us at the pool. Very nice vacation without problems.
Noteworthy details: Perfect croissants at Press. Like French-level perfect, airy and crunchy.

Attended a venue here. Beautiful reception. Great service. Cleand and classy. Staff was friendly and mindful of the event. Definitely would recommend for a wedding or corporate event.
Food and drinks: Food was AMAZING! Loved it all.

An oasis in the noise and smoke and gaudiness! A little off the strip, this place allows access to the strip without immersing you in Vegas. The service is outstanding ??, the food superb, the bed super comfy, and everything just wonderfully luxurious! AND you can still get to the strip and casinos etc should you wish to (I did not)

I love the hotel, but the valet damaged the wheels on my brand new Porsche , it is obvious they dinged a curb. Very upsetting it was an expensive birthday present, I know because it was my first time driving it. So very upsetting. I use valet because it’s hard to walk long distances to park in self park. So I pay the fee, and I’m a very nice tipper. Obviously whomever did it did not report it to management. What page is that in the service manual? I’m wondering if they have cameras and it was my last trip out there, I didn’t notice till I got home. Bad bad bad. It’ll cost me a lot of money to fix.
Rooms: Comfortable and quiet
Food and drinks: Delicious food as always

Absolutely beautiful hotel with amazing staff to help you at every turn. Everything from room service to check in and housekeeping was great. I would love to go back again and experience more of its amenities.

What you don't realize is that the Four Seasons in Vegas actually occupies 5 floors in Mandalay Bay. It IS NOT the premium product you expect from this brand, although the prices reflect that it is. Was it a bad propert? No. The service was friendly and atrentive. But it certainly wasn't up to the standard you would expect
Food and drinks: The prices were outrageous. $30+ for specialty cocktails, before tip.
