This place is an absolute JOKE not only do they have nothing but everything here doesn't work or breaks easy af. I got a vape from here only a few days ago and doesn't work. Literally worked the first day and then was done. I can make an Elfbar last almost 3wks. So I know I didn't suck the life out of it. Only good thing about this place is if you forgot your ID they won't scan or ask for ID they have yet to get the scanner that was demanded Jan 1st 2023 there is only one person I like that works here the older guy who works at night. This place is horrible don't go here. They have nothing the smoke shop across the street StillSmoking has anything you could dream of or needing and a WAY bigger selection of Vapes different flavors even different brands that place has their s*** together I don't know what this dump is never seen anything like it

Had trouble finding a smoke shop that was actually open for business during regular operating hours between Valley View and Decatur on Sahara. Found this joint, but:1) The product I wanted (an Elf Bar nicotine vape) cost close to $40; almost double what you will pay in other parts of the valley.2) One of the employees attempted to make conversation with me, and when I responded and tried participating, another employee at the register rushed me to give him a card and talked over me when I tried to ask him a question.Possibly just an oversight, but I wouldn't come here again. Many better places to go; just have to drive a bit further. I'm sure this place is hit or miss, but for me, definitely more of a miss.

Bought a pack of cigars, did not even leave the store, realized they were so stale you couldn’t even unwrap it, asked to exchange and they said no. Lol and I buy zig zags here every single day. Will not be coming back.

Prices are a little high compared to other smoke shops. Not by the strip so there isn't much reason for it.

Really bad at explaining the differences between products whic caused me to buy a tank that didn't fit my cartridge and then told me about their no return policy and only gave me a battery that costs half of what I paid. Customer service nonexistent

Some employees charge the .50 debit card fee and some don't & when paying with ID no one checks your card or ID alone. And why do you charge .50 at all? This place is inconsistent. Workers seem unhappy/stoned.

I came in to buy a vape and I came out with 3 other items and I couldn’t be happier. Davis is extremely knowledgeable and attentive. I will definitely continue to do business with the smoke shop and David.
